CC's Sweets Bake Shop, McAllen TX

This is our go to every week! The only hard thing is choosing what to get. My faves are banana pudding and apple croissant! My girls absolutely love all the macarons. 8 years of being customers and we LOVE CC’s!

The quality is not the same as it was a few years ago. I want to like them but unfortunately I can’t.

Ordered a vintage heart shaped birthday cake for a friend's birthday. I am not from the area, so I researched different shops to find shop with good reviews - because I prefer to purchase from a small business. The cake was decorated exactly to my request, but the cake itself was extremely dry. I ordered red velvet flavor, and upon cutting it, the cake pieces were so dry they broke apart. No one at more than 1 bite of their slice. I paid $60 for the cake, that served 8-10 slices. With the price - I expected the cake to not only be decorated correctly, but to also taste good.

Wow I can’t believe a lady could be that rude I won’t dare go over to that store I’ll just go to HEB just to get my cake’s

If you have toddlers don't bring them here! This lady's are too boomers they don't have the patience. I came out disgusted of embarrassment from this place! If they don't want kids touching nothing might as well Put them up high in your head probably! But YOU DONT SCREAM TO NOBODY'S KIDS! That's just mean and rude! Mom of two as im paying turn around my 2 year old is amazed by the colors of some cookies and this lady screams at her not to touch them! IF YOU SELL PURE SUGAR TREATS MIGHT AS WELL CHANGE YOUR CAREER!

I understand your trying to look good for your business! Everything was so fast and it took me less than five minutes to be in there! My toddler isn't strong enough to open a bag! I saw it in perfect condition! I didn't allowed nothing and if I saw that she opened it I wouldn't hesitate to pay for the damages! If she did, send me the video of her doing that! That's against my morals! But too bad for me, good luck to you!

I LOVE when Roberta helps me pick out some of my own favorites and asks, "Are you wanting pistachio flavor today? " She knows me so well. Friendliest SMALL BUSINESS owner I know. The cupcakes are fresh and full of flavor, the macaroons are to die for, not to mention their limited/themed pastries. Omg. Definitely if you are in the McAllen area stop by and try.

Came in for the Harry Potter themed goods right at opening. Would suggest that this is for sure the time to arrive as well. So many options even without their running theme and some creative choices to be had. Staff was patient and informative of what they had to offer and willing to explain anything that was of question. Spent way to much because trying to try everything, but was not disappointed at all. The seasonal butter beer latte was a must for sure.

The cheesecake here is THE BEST! If you haven’t tried it, it needs to be your next stop strawberry cheesecake is my favorite but they only have it occasionally. Original is also fantastic! Such a friendly and cute little local bakery

Best red velvet cupcakes I have ever had! Rich in flavor and texture. Cream cheese frosting is just right, not too thick or thin, flavor and sweetness is just right. I haven't tasted other flavors but am convinced they'll be as delicious.

Stopped for some treats! This place was delicious. It was hard to choose just one, so I’ll definitely be going back for more! There’s a seating area outside too. It’s worth stopping in if you’re in the area.

I wanted to try it because I saw someone post about the macarons. I tried a few of treats they were good just expensive. My favorite was the chocolate chip cookie and the Nutella macaroon.

I ordered these Godzilla themed cupcakes for my daughter's birthday and CC's Sweets outdid themselves! Such a great job! I was so satisfied with the whole process and CC's did such a great job, Thank you so much for making my daughter's day!
