Not compliant on payroll. Wondering if they are following the law? They will not call you back! Your lucky if they email you back. Refuse to send needed forms after asking 4 times! If not paid next step is file against them for.not being compliant in payroll

I've Worked for them for 17 Years the Pay rate is Horrible I love my client but I can't keep up with the economy I make 12.35 and just got a raise to 12.80

We joined CDS a little over a year ago. What at first seemed like maybe my misunderstanding of their program, has now turned into ignored calls and voicemails and bad customer service. HORRIBLE customer service. I advise if you have another option, go with them.

Where's my money y'all owe me! Do not hire this company they will rip you off and not pay their caregivers they paid one of my dad's caregivers but not me and I signed up. I'm suffering because of it I wasn't able to pay for the rest of my daughter's Christmas but their bills are paid and their kids have Christmas. I have no choice but to take them to the labor board. Please do yourself a favor and do not hire these clowns they are unprofessional!

Great company I have been dealing with many different agencies for the last 10 years and this is by far one of the best keep in mind they are not all perfect, but this is by far the best experience you will have for both employers attendant

I have had the services of this company for years and they are great! Not perfect but darn near Perfect. They surely are the best company I have used through the years! I have had to retain
many of caregiver employees and CDS in Texas are always there to help with the employment process, and occasional hang- ups in paperwork, any problems with anything that is a natural course of dealing with the state. But CDS does a good job all the way around! I commend everyone from the customer service to the payroll staff to the budget personnel. Sometimes its not easy to get your rep on the phone but they can return a call or email fairly quickly. And more importantly their assistance is cordial, factually correct and will evn be a shiolder to lean on with any emploiyer difficulties you might encountered (at least so far with my many employees who some have been difficult but usually great as I "hire and fire them" myself through the Consumer Direct Service option the State allows for us to get homecare workers.)

I have been with CDS in Texas for 7 years. The past year has been absolutely horrendous getting payroll, pay raises, and employee forms processed. And there is ZERO communication. Multiple phone calls and emails fall on deaf ears. It is extremely frustrating and very unethical for my employees to be waiting on paychecks. Customer service used to be better, but this past year has continued to significantly decline.

I have been with this company for many years. It seems like as time goes by the service is lacking big time. Employees applications not being processed in a timely manner and staff not paid on time. There is no accountability. No one returns phone calls in a timely manner either. Please look else were for payment processing

Recently started babysitting for a lovely family of 5 soon to be 6. They are amazing people and i love helping them watch the kids. The problem im having is with the payroll system of this company it is absolutely terrible, late on my first check from them that i was supposed to recieve on labor day, then my employer called and said CDS claimed itll come today. Well im not surprised i still have yet to see any compensation for my work from these people. I know its a gov program but this amount of being late is inexcusable. For those looking to hire or employ care takers PLEASE look somewhere else cause by the time these people pay you youll have a job that can atleast follow the two week pay period.

If you can find a different company to do your payroll service look for one. Cds is not a good company at all.if I could get my mom to change it I would. They constantly have trouble with payroll.believe all the negative reviews they are true. You pretty much have to call every time and verify your payroll because they won’t do it. You can turn your timesheet in on time or late it doesn’t matter they still can’t get it right.

I've been working with them for about 9 months they are great. You have to be patient at first when you start it took 2 months but i got all my back pay also it pays off because it's a great company to work for.

I have been with the company going on seven years in November. This company will not communicate with me, very rude and disconnects the line. The Employer was told 2 weeks ago I will finally receive my check April 28th. I was approved for back on March 8,2023, I am still waiting. I will start looking for another company. I wish I took the time in the past to read the reviews before working for the company, perhaps this company needs a fresh start of new employees to work in payroll, those who have the willingness to help, to be kind, respectful, and know how to handle an irate caller. I pray this company improves in the future especially for the elderly that depend on the help.

Been working a month still no paycheck.what a scam. I have never seen such a mess.everyone I speak with has a different reason or e cause for it.not sure I'll ever get a check. Surely the state of Texas can do better.

UPDATE

There continues to be ongoing payroll issues and Michelle Hubbard has been very difficult to correct any errors

It is time to change companies and file a formal complaint. Once we are in a new home and settled, we will make these movements. I will file a formal complaint with all documentation saved.

It is sad that as a family, with all that is going on and how important their role is, that there are these stresses. It is very sad that we cannot have ease.

It amazes me how there is a basic knowledge of mathematics missing from the payroll department. We are going into 2023 and still having payroll issues. I am not even getting responses from them. It’s just a sign of the times.

Payroll has once again been incorrect and mishandled. Communications are dropped and due overtime neglected. I decided to erase my review that was full of disappointment and update every time payroll fails. Payroll sue this date was incorrect and adjustments for overtime neglected. Edits were not approved that were correct. Told things were fine by EVV and corrected after I received the Saturday Night Rollout and caught the error. Why MH would not approve an edit that was done correctly and why EVV would lie is sad really. 03/04/22 PAYROLL MISALLOCATED OF OVERTIME PAY. I will be sure to add more errors in the future. Oh! No one ever responded to my Early Sunday Morning mail on Monday. Had no reply from MH when I asked for a copy of the updated rollout. She knew. She knew.

One star isn’t even deserving. Their lack of communication within their one office is horrible. Making contact to any individual is a task in itself. I have two children with the company that were approved services in late Dec.hours were unable to be completed until January and only one child’s paperwork was complete at this time. I was asked for my email information from several employees on different occasions, when all the paperwork to start this process was over my email. Either they’re confused or unprofessional. Very sad that our insurance is willing to help us with a care giver FINALLY and this company lacks in almost every dept.thank you for causing more stress on an over stressed mother.

I did not get paid a period while my employer submitted my time sheet on time and received confirmation when they received it. I spent three days trying to contact CDS (via email, phone, voicemail) and nobody was a help! First woman said my payroll wasn’t turned it, second one said I wasn’t on my clients account, and the third was just flat out rude. Couldn’t even take responsibility for not paying me on time!
