Honestly this store just all around sucks custom service management everything is just terrible

As a contractor I rely on manufacturers to supply repair parts. Trying to deal with these people was bad enough before Covid but now it’s even more ridiculous. In the end it’s just frustration for me. The homeowners that have Carrier equipment are the ones that suffer.

What a joke this place is! This is the only carrier location that I can never seem to get decent service from the counter reps! Every time I'm in there, when theres no other customers in the store, they act like I'm interrupting them and dont want to be bothered!

We have 2 units at our house. We’ve had to replace parts in both units. These units are both 10 years old now. The larger unit has had to have the compressor replaced 3 times and the other one twice. In April we had to have a coil replaced in the smaller unit. It was under warranty for parts only then. We paid approximately $500 for labor. It is now August & it quit running yet again. The coil that we got replaced is leaking & the unit warranty ran out in May. You would assume that the faulty part would still be replaced, but no. It will cost around $2000 + labor. In other words. We will never buy another Carrier again! We were sold a lemon & haven’t had any help with this reaccurring problem.

I have to say every time I go there they have the part, and great service, the guys there super nice. You need guys like that. After all a lot of us are on the rooftop or attic. We are not the happiest guys lol. Give them a raise!

This is one of the Best Knowledge HVAC Supply in DFW. They are quick with info and call backs. There tools sales are the best in the market.the staff is friendly and open to judgement or even change. Thanks Team Allen. Your my store for sure #1

You guys might as well close this store. Its poorly managed and you guys don't stock parts. I've seen hot dog stands managed better.

We have visit the store this morning haven't been welcome in, the guy works on the far left from the staff was very nice and helped us 5 but the other two didn't even care and they have a racist attitude and this isn't the only visit I noticed that. Looking forward to have a good visit next time.

Long waits at times but counter staff is friendly and take care of you quickly. This is a large location so they normally have what you are looking for here

Ehh.seems like everyone is always put off to help. Been here 4 times and it's always the same. Your always a stranger with a credit card.
