7Tried making a appointment for new patient. Whoever answered the phone was rude. She hung up on me when I was answering her. Don’t go here they are more worried about themselves.
Service was fine, but one of their business tactics was a little shady. I went for an exam and was surprised to learn that they gave me an optional exam that was not covered by my insurance and cost $40 out of pocket. They did not explain that it was optional or the cost until I went to pay. It's a shame because I probably would have agreed to pay for it if they had been upfront with me and explained the value of the exam. Instead, their lack of transparency has caused them to lose a customer. Please be aware of this if you decide to do business with them.

Jackson & Mary we’re very helpful. Ms. Mary is very sweet & kind. Both deserves a RAISE lol but they’ve definitely made my day. The process was very smooth. They fixed my girlfriend's glasses in under 5 minutes
