My pup had her first visit (general wellness check) here today and had an amazing experience! She didn't want to leave by the end of her appontment. The staff was super friendly and they made sure she felt comfortable and showered her with love and treats. I had a bit of miscommunication regarding my appointment, but they were kind and resolved it quickly. They also gave me a packet to take home with tons of useful information. Will definitely be back!

Great group of vets, we trust them with our dogs. They are reasonably priced, always have available appointments, friendly!

The staff took care of us and our dog through to the end of her life. They were kind and respectful and (Lauren) even cried with us. I am so grateful for their big hearts and hugs. ️

Cedar Park Animal Clinic and staff took amazing care of my precious cat. Dr. Thompson went above and beyond to bring her back to health. I am so grateful to all of you. She wouldn't have made it without you. Best place to go for animal care!

Had an emergency with my sweet dog, Lily, late in the day. They were amazing, brought us right in to assess the problem. Lily had suffered stroke, after weighing our options, she had to be put down. Dr Valle and her tech were so compassionate and caring. Didn’t try to overcharge. Love them.
Thank you for being so kind.

Dr Thompson and all the staff are so thoughtful and caring. They go above and beyond my expectations every visit. I would highly recommend them.

Nice staff, but they hurt my dog during the heartworm check. She missed the vein and instead of immediately removing the needle and trying again, she moved the needle whilst still in my puppies arm and caused my puppy to cry in pain. Any chimpanzee knows when you miss a vein to immediately remove the needle, but I guess she didn't. To top that off, my puppies leg swelled up, and now she limps and favors that leg. She is hurt forever. The sad thing is, we can't sue them because this red state of Texas favors Corporate entities. You can't sue for loss, only damages, so this clinic would have to be the one to treat her injury. Not going to happen. Then they tried to charge us $180 for one year of heartworm medication. I guess you can tell we won't be returning.

Excellent consistent service for our three dogs.
Great docs, we like Dr Jenkins a lot, and the front staff are very helpful.

I have been bringing our lab to Cedar Park Animal Clinic since he was just a puppy. We spent over $500+ each year in vet and boarding services and was happy with the service and care we received. Heart worm medication prices are through the roof and we found qualified medications sold online for half the price. Since I purchased the medication at another location this veternarian is now increasing all other services including annual heart worm test since they cannot match the discount I am getting for this one medication! Absolutely insulting for a client who has paid a significant cost to their business to only then be treated with this type of extortion. I am taking ALL services related to my dog to another veterinarian clinic. Cedar Park Animal Clinic is acting in bad faith here, and has no regard for their customers.

Have been going here for years. I'm even friends with some of the employees. Twice now we have had emergency type problems with our dogs during their normal business hours. They didn't make any effort to get us in to see the doctor They just told us they didnt have any openings, and to go to the emergency center. A few days ago, our puppy was feeling bad not eating and lethargic. They couldn't fit us in so we made a apoinment for two days later. We ended up having to take him to the emergency clinic where he ended up dying. A few years ago my Lab was injured and had a laceration on his leg. I put him in the car and rushed him to the clinic. When I went in the receptionist said the doctors were booked and couldn't see him. I asked for the supervisor and was told the same thing. I was at the clinic with my dog that was injured and bleeding and they turned me away. That is just unimaginable I ended up calling another clinic and they immediately got us in to see the doctor. I have known Dr Douglas and Dr Thompson for a long time and have taken many of my family's pets to them over the years. Something has changed. They have really good creamatory services which we now need.

Horrible customer service, horrible treatment of my dogs, and I have even been lied to by the Vet and assistants regarding costs and procedures. Will go more into detail after talking to my legal council.

We've been bringing our animals here for well over a year and they are always fantastic. Quick visits with great vets and techs who are always willing to answer my questions and see us with little issues or concerns. They do a great job with the animals and are always nice to me and my toddler as well.

Great clinic! My whole family uses this group. They are very sympathetic and accurate with diagnosis. They even made putting my elderly cocker spaniel Wiggles down a less traumatic experience.

Only they know how to cut my baby's nails! Definitely recommend their services if your dog is an anxious dog like mine. They know how to handle them so well.

These folks really care about your pets and your wallet. I took my blue healer puppy here for the first time and the charges were very minimal $86. Flea Capstar treatment, exam, Sentinel, and deworming. I've visited several other veterinary clinics before choosing. This vet did not give me the Establishment vibe. I never felt pressured about my choices, instead they agreed that 6 weeks was too young to vaccinate. We decided to wait until next month and limit contact with other animals and places. Well gee that makes sense that's what we do with infants, limit outside contact until their own immune system is ready, why not with fur babies? I really like Dr. Jenkins individual approach. And they were fine with me taking her to Affordable Pet Care on Lakeline to save money on shots.

I have taken pets to Cedar Park Animal Clinic for 3 years now. I have become friends with some of the staff over the years as well. Everyone that works there is not only passionate about their work but has multiple pets at home as well. I met Jeff at his brief employment with Cedar Park Animal Clinic. He's a nice guy but sometimes things just weren't meant to be. I have nothing but good words for this place and you will find them very reasonable to work with.

We have been taking our cats to CP Animal Clinic since 2008, and have always been happy with the care provided. The clinic may not look like much, but its well maintained, and the staff really go the extra mile. The cats have been seen by different vets over the years, and we have also occasionally used the clinic's boarding facilities.

Over the past year, the staff really proved their professionalism - we were planning an international move, and couldn't have relocated our pets without them! Dr Jenkins was the only USDA certified vet on staff, and along with the technicians and staff, he made sure we got everything for the pet-import process done correctly and on time.

I would highly recommend them!

We recently moved to the area and were recommended to Cedar Park Animal clinic by a friend. What turned into routine visits for our elderly cat and dog, progressed into having to put them both down within a 2 mos span. The doctors and staff were wonderful to us and our family. Great value and the best advice on treatment options and care. They even sent a follow up sympathy card.
