Traci did an awesome job on my husband’s PFTLAB tests. Very friendly and answered all our questions.

Dr Graham was amazing. He addressed all my concerns and needs.he checked on me a few times through our my visit. One of the best visits I've had in a long time. RN's Misty and Jim are fantastic. Thank you guys for your amazing work. Keep it up.

Do NOT NOT NOT go here! We suspected appendicitis so I brought my 7 year old daughter here. We were told yeah that sounds like it could be appendicitis but we don’t have the equipment here to check that and even if we did we don’t have any surgeons who could operate. They told us to take her to Dell Children. Ok fine, off we went. I then get a call a few weeks later saying we owe $1000! When I questioned the amount I was told she was Seen, Treated, and Released. I’ve asked for an itemized bill twice and have yet to receive anything stating what services we actually received.

**Update** Just got hit with another charge. This one for $238 for what I assume is the Dr. 's fee. That's over $1200 to be told to go someplace else. I did speak with the person who responded below and she was very nice, but nothing came from it unfortunately.

The Dr. Kim and all the other staff were fabulous! My husband received immediate care and attention upon arrival. We are pleased they were close in proximity to us and so caring. Thank you!

My husband cut his finger and we weren’t sure if he needed stitches, so we went to this ER facility. GREAT experience from start to finish, between the receptionist, to the nurses and Dr. Thank you for taking care of everything with a sense of humor and getting us in and out quickly so we could continue to enjoy our Sunday.

I've had to take my daughter to this ER twice- once in the middle of the night and once in the afternoon. Both times she was taken back and seen by a doctor immediately. All the staff was great! Nurse Rain especially was great with my baby girl. Everyone that helped us was kind and efficient. They got us out of there quickly without making us feel rushed. No one made me feel judged or like my concerns were being dismissed - they were all great. We were helped back in December by Nurse Rain and Dr. Wood and today by Nurse Jim (I think was his name) And Dr. Vorachard.

Thank you Cedar Park Regional for taking good care of my baby!

The best emergency room I have ever been to in my entire life. Excellent and fast service. The staff was very kind to me and calmly explained everything that was happening to me and the type of medical exams that I was going to have. I highly recommend them.

We brought our daughter here on December 25 2021, she was in an atv side by side accident with a friend. I informed the staff that the 2nd rider was on their way and a male nurse or employee stated "who's going to take care of that one? " I understand it was Christmas and everyone wanted to be home with their family but that is no excuse for making us feel like we were such a burden when you chose that as a profession. I myself work in a medical field but it is with animals and we never make ppl feel like they don't matter and we don't have time for them! After being seen and almost released my daughter needed to use the bathroom so I took her to the bathroom on a wheelchair. I sat in the bathroom with my daughter and watched her seize and pass out 3 times and I had to catch her from hitting the floor! I've never been so terrified for my child's life! This hospital sent us to another hospital after that and my daughter had to go by ambulance! The 2nd hospitals staff stated very loudly that this 1st hospital over dosed my child and that is why she passed out! I now have bills for 2 emergency rooms and I would have only had 1 if this place didn't put us thru a Christmas of hell! I will also add that the dr on staff that day stated that from her scans she had a foreign object in her leg from a previous injury, my child has never had a previous injury! We later found out it was only shards of broken mirror from the atv stuck under her skin

I had to come to this location 2 days in a row and both times I had Nurse Rain. She was the best nurse I’ve ever had, was extremely caring and gave me a ton of knowledge regarding the condition I was coming in for. She made me feel safe during a very stressful situation. I would recommend this place to anyone because of Rain.

I went in recently for severe pelvic pain. I also disclosed that I’m autistic and have sensory issues, so I needed the lights to be dimmed and lower volume when being spoken to bc it’s physically painful and causes severe anxiety. The nurse I had was incredibly helpful and did so without hesitation. The doctor who examined me, however, didn’t seem to care (I was in the room when the nurse passed the info along to him) because he flipped the lights on full blast, and then start loudly speaking at me during my exam. The ultrasound technician was also very physically aggressive and caused even more pain, not even asking if I was okay as I started wincing. Considering why I was there, it seemed incredibly unnecessary.
During my exam, I was told almost immediately that I have an STD—when I responded with a resounding “I know that to be absolutely incorrect”, I was told, “You’d be surprised at how many women say that, and once they get here they realize they were wrong. ” So I was prescribed antibiotics that made me sick for over a week. When I did a follow up with a different doctor (and a VERY gentle ultrasound technician), I was told that there wasn’t an STD (and she didn’t understand why that was even considered an option). In fact, it turned out that I have Adenomyosis (when the endometrial tissue exists within and grows into the uterine wall), which was why I was experiencing so much pain. I also learned that my uterus was almost TWICE the size of the average woman’s. I’m barely over 100 pounds, so there’s even more pain factored in.

Ultimately, I felt embarrassed, dismissed of my concerns and disabilities, and I’m not even afraid to say that there was absolutely some sexism involved.
When it comes to your health, YOU know yourself better than anyone else…and your doctor should actually LISTEN to your concerns—not jump to conclusions.

Came here for the first time on a Sunday morning and they were able to get us right in. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. They communicated well and got my baby fixed up quickly. While the whole staff was awesome, nurse Jim was extra special with my kiddo. An ER is something we hope we'd never need but we're so grateful they're there

What kind of ER is this? My son has a knee injury and we have to wait in the lobby for more than 4 hours while he has been sitting in pain. Pathetic service. Wish I can give them a negative rating.

Steer clear of this place if at all possible. I took my baby here and was treated terribly by a nurse named Rain. She was rude at a scary time for us, which was unnecessary and absolutely unacceptable. The doctor took very little interest in caring for us as well.

Nurse Katie is awesome. Fast and friendly. The doctor looked like another patient came in wearing sweatshirt and what I thought was sweatpants. Couldn't care less about me just there cause she has to be but this review isn't for her it's for the awesome nurses because we know that's who really runs these places! Thank you cp!
