This property donot return your security deposit back. Charge you 50$ for internet while provider has offer at lower cost and faster speed for new customer. $30 for Trash which don't get removed until it start smelling. They are very unprofessional and unreponsive to email on time. I have been waiting about 110 days for getting back my security deposit back.

This place has gotten worse to be honest. I have been living here for the past 6 years and I tell you what, all the previous management have done a fantastic job, no joke. By far this current one is the worst ever, I am so disappointed by everything. When work orders are put in, always excuses to say I am the only maintenance guy and has to do all the work, even if they come to do so, they are not satisfactory. My front door light has been out for the past 4 months and I told them, their response: ” we ordered wrong light and should be getting new ones soon and will come change it” Ok! It’s been months now and I wonder if the light bulb are being manufactured in Mars or Saturn or somewhere else. When we desperately need them to satisfy our stay, they pretend to brush up on our demand, when rent is due, they need their money to be paid in FULL.

Everything has gotten poor. DO BETTER

My son has been trying to get an apartment here. In the last two months we've only talked to someone once. He and I have both left several messages with no return call. If that's how they treat people that are trying to rent, I can only imagine how horrible their service is once you move in. Needless to say, this place has become an absolute NO for him. Professionalism is a requirement, not an option. Do better!

Everyone is nice enough here but that's not the problem. We have had No pool access the whole summer because of repairs and it's still not open, not that it matters it's fall now.maintenance issues still not addressed because of supply issues with their vendor. Constant flogging of sinks and dishwasher still not sure why.

I just moved in about 2 weeks ago. There are no lights to even see to put key in the door at night. The apartment is covered in fleas, no filter in ac unit, says being treated for roaches last week but they said they have no keys to apartment. Since I've been here nothing right but rent is about to be due so I hope they make this right. I do not recommend to anyone looking for an apartment to come here. Me and my dog have been ate up with fleas since we opened the door and they do not even treat the yard where our animals go. I would like like to speak to the owner and get something done if they would reach out to me.

Before you move in here, know that i have been here for 2 months and dont have my mail key. They keep telling me the same BS everytime. Paid rent and deposit to be running after the mail guy for my mails. I have lived in a lot of irresponsible apartment and believe me, this one is another level of irresponsible!

It’s hard to get in contact with anyone from the office I have left continuous calls in the past three days and still have heard nothing. You need to have someone by the phone this is ridiculous some people don’t have the time to drive over and wait minutes just to speak to someone and be told you don’t have any units available.

This place was great but it's not anymore. The new management is very rude and unprofessional. I lived in 101 for more than 2 years but now I am moving out of this place because of the new management. I know 7 more people who are moving out due to the behavior of new management.

The ladys in the office are plenty nice and so is the new maintenance guy. But as to the apartments, Run for the hills. Last management company didn't seem to want to put any money into keeping up the property. And the new management company doesn't seem to concerned about it either cuz I still only see one maintenance guy and there is surely WAY more work than any one man can do. Just a lot of work to be done and I feel their priorities are a little askew. Like building a dog park before making sure apartments are in $1000+ condition. Just saying. Again I haven't had any issues with the staff personally.

I don't drive. When I needed transportation home after my first visit, the taxi-in a cloud burst-hadn't arrived two hours after my request for service so the office staff called Uber for me and maintenance took blessed care of me with a dry place to wait. Personnel evinced courtesy without impatience. THANK YOU ALL!

No one ever answers the phone at the leasing office, making contacting extremely difficult and frustrating. Even if you leave multiple voicemails with your contact info, no one returns the calls.

A good housing with basic facilities along with a tennis court, a swimming pool and a small gym and a friendly admin and maintenance staff.best point is it's close proximity to UT Tyler which makes it very popular and convenient for university students.

Maintenance is bad. He is rude, hateful, closes tickets and says he repaired it without doing anything. AC been out over 3 weeks. Maintenance guy says with cooler weather it shouldn't be a problem.

I have lived here for about 6 months now and it has been a pretty nice place to live. They have recently been working on new things such as redoing the tennis courts. It has become a really nice peaceful place.

Very nice and quiet place to live. Highly recommend place and the office staff was so helpful and great.

I lived here for a little over a year now and it has been a lovely apartment to stay at. The main office, Michael has been very helpful and nice.

Had a tour and they didn’t show up, all offices closed, no numbers answered no matter how many I called, sitting in my car currently writing this review in the rain. If they change and give a good tour or professional manner maybe I’ll change the review. However this is wildly unprofessional and terrible of the office.

They close everything for no reason. And they when asked, they still don't give a reason. They post their pool and gym hours and don't even abide by them. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
