Nice except for the exceptionally loud Mexican music from a pickup truck being detailed at the lake. I was unable to enjoy the park and left despite paying the entrance fee.

We camp Whitney OFTEN! Out of all the times visited Whitney Lake and Cedron Park. I have never given a poor review until today. Park has been closed for months.
There is no Park host on staff and the grounds are not mowed and clearly have not been since fall. Leaves are deep for snakes in the camp slots and grass is high in most areas. I get the bluebonnet are blooming but they are not in the WHOLE Park. Very disappointed.
