6This store was a mess Friday morning. No cups stocked to get coffee, I wanted an extra large and had to get a large, the area where the creamers are was a complete mess, no ice or anything to keep a decent temp, floors were dirty, there was one employee walking around with a personal drink, the other 3 employees I saw were ringing up customers. I know sometimes after a russ you need to regroup but at the same time clean up your store and have some pride in your work place. Every time I go in this store is messy and dirty. Taped on signs by the coffee area coming off with black stuff on them. I've been in food service and I'm surprised this store passes health dept visits.
The man with dreads needs training on how to respect customers and needs to be fired.
Nobody that works there does their job and then the place always looks run down went into the bathroom at 3 in the afternoon and it looked like it was hit by a tornado
Usually we are in and out within 5 to10 minutes
On 06/28/23 this location was not good
ALL of the doors were locked and no one answered the phone when my WIFE and I called
This store is a JOKE, when it comes to costumer service and it doesn't totally rest on the employees. The problem is in store management or Cefco itself.
I've accepted they only have one register open, during Peak hours, but today the store tried to Rip Me Off.
After politely explaining that they were clearly advertising an item for $16.99 and it rang up $18.99, all I got was, "I just work here. I can't change (honor) what's advertised. You'll have to speak to management. "
"Ok, where's the manager? I'd like to buy this and be on my way. "
"There is no management here! "
Really?
I go there almost every day and the staff is awesome and very quick the washroom is always clean as well as the store. I like to frequent this store the food is always hot and fresh.
