The morning of my gender reveal they notified us they had van issues and would come later, an hour before the event. Once start time was approaching they did not answer texts, calls, or emails. Days later still not response. We went by the listed address which seems to be a residence. The listed owner who was at the residence upon arrival said there was a different owner (not her) who was in the hospital that handled our account. Lie upon lie. They said the money will be refunded in a few days. We will see. If you're reading this, please save your time and energy and find a legit company who will not try to scam you and leave you hanging for a once in a lifetime event.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give 0 stars. Kelly is a professional con artist. I relied on her services for a church event (my church is 4 mins from her office) We amicably decided on colors and style and she sent me an invoice to which I paid immediately. She not only totally no showed for the event, but she also went completely silent ignoring calls, texts, and emails. On the morning of, even if she had been honest and said something like “hey, I double booked and can’t make your event” I still would’ve been able to come up with a plan B. She didn’t refund my $200. Totally ruined my event. Still silent, no apology, nothing.
