Trash place. They told me I had a 30 day warranty, with no physical damage. My screen saver had a crack and the screen was visible but no reaction to touch. They refused to fix, and said the warrant was voided.

I had visted Texas and had to have my screen replaced. Since glitches has continued to freeze phone. I spoke to the owner just before leaving back for Tennessee. He did give me 25.00 back on a screen that doesn't function properly. It was that, or getting my old screen back and a full refund. I was in a situation where I had needed the phone,
the screen itself is a LCD screen for Galaxay 53; A (mid range phone). I feel who He had purchased screen from knew the operating system would not work properly because isn't fitted for the new Android 14 updates. I also believe it's due to plexy glass, the glass doesn't feel real. Make sure you have the screen fixed here your purchasing the true screen to whatever model phone you have. That the screen isn't a off brand! Other than took little to no time have replaced and price was fair.

This place was recommended to me. Had a cracked glass screen protector and protective case replaced. Reasonable prices and was done quickly. Give them a chance.

Dude replaced my screen tried to make me replace the back as well nothing wrong with it and when I got my phone back o Have a huge air pocket in the new screen when I press down it clicks back up DONT GO HERE I paid 260 for a screen replacement and when I went vacl they tell you no refunds or replacement

The people are nice and will buy new used phones if you are upgrading better than those machines you drop off

Had three phone screens replaced $350.00. Had a great experience, 2 weeks later all three phones had hairline to large cracks across glass, all in new otter boxes.
Evidentially quality of new glass is greatly inferior to original glass.
I brought phones back for glass to be replaced again, asked for discount because returning customer with three phones and not possible all three with similar issues. Would not work with me on price still over $300. Very disappointed.
I told I would leave negative review because they would not stand behind their product. Should have been easy to do the right thing as a business.

Fixed the broken screen on my iPhone in 10 minutes and gave me a good advice on my daughter phone

Horrible. Went to get my screen replaced was quoted a price, we agreed. Came back 45 minutes later to be told it was the wrong price and was going to be 100 dollars more but id have to come back after 5. I went literally across the street got quoted a better price, took my phone out of the case only to notice the back of my phone was more damaged then when I dropped it off. It was apparent that they started to work on it but stopped half way. I went back and asked them why they damaged my phone more the guy apologized and said that the back was going to have to be replaced anyways so it's not a problem. That's not the point. Save yourself some time and money go somewhere else. 100% sure this is the correct place. I Double checked the address and looked at the pictures of the lobby to make sure. I only spoke with one gentleman man. He did say he was only there filling in for a few hours and was wearing a valero shirt that I'm assuming he also worked at

Very helpful and skilled personel. Broke my screen on my phone the guy had it in stock (nobody else in town did). He had it changed and ready to go in about 35 min. Hoping i never need service again but if i do i will definitely use them!
