Great experience! Honestly gotta give it a five stars, the older man who works there was super attentive, he fixed my phone even faster than I expected in a really clean and organized way! In few words: excellent sevice, excellent product, Definitely coming back!

It was horrible they messed up my phone completely. I took it because it didn't change so I have them a week so they can take there time and fix it but to my surprise it got worse they messed up my phone it completely didn't work now. I open up my phone to see if they had stolen parts because my phone was useless now when I opened it up 9 screws were missing from inside the phone. Two parts were taken off and were missing from inside the phone. Hirable service and they can fix. I don't remember this place to none it is horrible.

Went here to fix my iphone11 camera lense, they did a great job in a little less than 30 minutes, it was a much cheaper price than what any other phone repair shop in town quoted me, and the service was great

Service it’s terrible, I took my phone to get the screen repair and had to go back because they mess it up the speaker, didn’t last tong the screen on, pretty disappointing

This guy Chris at Cellairis lied to me had me spend $600 bucks hard earned money I will never go there againNEVER! They are thieves.

Horrible place! I went to this place to change my screen because it wasn't working. The guy said it would take him 30 minutes to change it and it took him 3 hours. But that's not really the problem. I gave him my phone with a screen that wasn't working, and he gave me my phone back with a swollen battery. And he was so unprofessional that he just tried to glue it without telling. But of course, gluing it didn't working because the battery was so thick. And the guy was trying to blame me. Now I have to change my whole battery because of this irresponsible guy.

Not sure yet THEY fixed one phone. I HAVE MORE MORE IMPORTANT TABLETS THERE ILL RATE THEM THEN.

I came in today to get my iPhone 7 Plus screen fixed and let me say my screen is so CRISP & CLEAR (I’m always breaking my phone) but this is probably the best repair I’ve every gotten! And Chris is super sweet & hard working! If you need any service most definitely give them a visit!

I love the dedication and effort to make sure I was happy I have gone to them serval times I left extremely happy CHRIS and his partner are awesome poor guys one day stay helping me out after closing till 11

Chris was friendly and very informative- got my phone screen fixed and a case for less than $100 all done in less than 30 mins even with 5 customers ahead of me! What a life saver!

They had to order a part for me and told me it'd be there the next day. After not hearing from them for a few days, I decided to go to the store in person thinking that the part would have arrived by then but it turned out no one even ordered the part. They said they'd (re) order the part and call me when it arrived but I never heard back from them.

I ended up going to uBreakiFix and I highly recommend them.

Came in for a simple screen repair. They guy quoted me "not even 15 mins" and as I sat there and watched him attempt to fix my phone, he messed it up to the point of no return. It froze on the apple screen which is something that never happened before. I just came in for A SIMPLE SCREEN REPAIR. From that day, the process took over a month to be finally solved, the communication was HORRIBLE and I ended up walking away with no phone and a month of time wasted. HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Don't waste your time or money.
