Great guys that helped me (Brendan and Andre). Very friendly and not pushy. They were able to fix my cracked screen on a Note 10 and put some kind of liquid screen protector. Screen feels like butter.

Good store if you want the run around. I was quoted 210 for a device they were going to buy. When I get here I'm told they do not have the funds to buy the device and get sent to their other location off bulverde road.mind you I had already went out of my way to come to this store after visiting the other location and getting told the same exact thing. The Belverde store would have been the third location visited in the one-day. I ended up selling the phone elsewhere for double what they offered.

The best quality LCD phone screen replacement I’ve ever seen! I’ve had my screen replaced over 5 times with previous companies that had poor to mediocre quality. Ryan, the front desk, provided fast service, was very helpful, and gave us $10 off every accessory on top of great customer service. He was very informative and helpful with explaining their warranty policy. Highly recommend for all your repair needs!

Awesome customer service! Got there on a Sunday at 5: 25 with a completely black screen & was out by 5: 45 with a working again phone. Highly recommend and reasonable.

Cellular zone sales and Repair is a great place to get a cheap and easy fixed phone with good communication and timing of repair.

Visited today to fix my S8+ water damage, great customer service, very clean work, and they replaced the charging port without any noticeable scratch or dent, it simply returned back like new.

Brought in a shield tablet to get the charging port replaced. Picked it up about a week later, they told me it was fixed. Took it home and tried it out and it still wouldn't charge so I took it back. Picked it up about another week later (had to wait on parts). After picking it up I noticed the case had a few cracks in it and the camera lens is gone. It worked for a couple days and then quit charging. Seems like the charging port came loose or something. So now I'm out $80 and have a tablet that is in worse condition then before.

I just see al the reviews and I walk to store to fix my i phone 7 screen! All other places gives me really high price and the shop manager of Cellular repairs talk to me really nice!
He gave me discounts too! Fix my phone quickly and he is really nice to me!

I was referred to Cellular Zone and I was not disappointed. As soon as I walked in I was acknowledged & greeted despite staff being busy with other customers. Andrew was knowledgeable and friendly. He worked with me start to finish getting me product I wanted and at competitive price. Definite repeat customer.

They knowingly buy and sell financed phones that still have outstanding debt on them which can be blacklisted by the carrier at any time. They are not up front about this and when asked for a refund they refused to waive the ridiculous 20% "restocking" fee. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.

Decent selection of late model phones for respectable prices. Andrew was very helpful and courteous. Will be returning!
