Rude and incompetent. Pat made my experience extremely unpleasant on top of already having a broken hand

Don’t bother calling to schedule any appointments. If they don’t call you first then they don’t have any time to bother with you calling them.

I am a young adult who has been dealing with a specific injury for most of my life. When first coming into the clinic Dr. Michael L. Jones did not make me feel comfortable at all nor did his assistant. They immediately came in acting as if I was the doctor, not explaining or clarifying anything for the after care of my injury and “hoping” my injury would fix overtime if not THEN surgery would come? When you have been dealing with pain for so long you want answers and both Michael L. Jones and his assistant did not appoint that. What I heard from Dr. Jones to his assistant was complete miscommunication on their end telling me separate things expecting me to just know the answers myself. His assistant is incredibly rude and disrespectful. As for Dr. Michael L. Jones, he did not care about my injury at all, telling me to wait an even longer period of time to “hope” my injury fixes itself practically. From his reviews I thought he would be an amazing doctor, but I absolutely did not get that. I wasted time at this clinic that could’ve gone into time of me finding a doctor who truly wants to help me. I do NOT recommend him, his assistant, nor this clinic.

I was referred to this practice for a shoulder injury. It was a success. Wonderful service, patient staff and they answered all my repetitive questions.
I hope I don’t injure any other joint or bone BUT if I do I will return these folks.

I had a great experience. It wasn't a long wait at all! The staff was nice and Dr. Sunday was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend this place. I left with a good impression. Thank you!
