The secretaries at the front desk are very unprofessional. Snickering and giggling as they were looking around the computer at me. Last time I was there I signed in and she (girl with glasses) never looked at it because she is to busy visiting and giggling, I went up to the desk to see if she had pulled the sticker after 15 minutes. So now when I come in they act like teenage girls. It's the one with the glasses and the other Hispanic girl at the front. You get paid to do a job you should do it PROFESSIONALLY. They are the first people you see and represent your business. So please take care of this issue with your front desk.

Love doctor Smitherman. But having an mri on my shoulder his nurse called me to say I **had** to have surgery on a partial rotator cuff tear. She called as my husband was finishing his chemotherapy. She made a bad day even worse. The doctor said it wasn’t an emergency but was recommended in case I had a fall and completely tore it. The nurse was awful! She talked like I had no choice! If I didn’t like the doctor then I would have left

The wait time can be long sometimes but that’s because they actually listen and discuss and give effective treatment. The give their patients time, which is not the case with a lot of physicians these days. Their staff are all very understanding and friendly.

For a fairly new operation, poor service.
I ask to speak to Dr. Wilson's scheduling nurse, sat there 2 hrs. Not one ask if I was being helped.

Although wait times are not great it is worth the wait to see Dr. Scioli. He has saved my husbands foot, leg and life multiple times. There is no one else I would ever trust.

Dr Stephenson is the best and his staff is top notch. Best foot and ankle doctor anywhere!

Dr Stephenson & his medical staff are awesome! Their receptionist though, is very short with patients & seems to take exception to people asking questions.
Also just like the other reviews, the wait times are insane. There's no point in an appointment & they'll act like it's your fault they're overbooked

Zero respect for you! Wait times are just disrespectful for scheduled appointments. 3 visits over an hour and a half. The last one over 2 hours with no apology.
