Center Place, Arlington TX

I will say that I only stopped by for imformation and was sincerely blown away by what miss Daniella had to say hopefully this time next year my wife and I will inclided into the family.

I am moving here tomorrow.and I am blown away with the customer service I have received thus far from Cristina, the AGM.
My lease was up in august for my previous apartments, and of course I planned my move. I settled on this one complex, called Harmony Apts.in Arlington (IF YOU ARE LOOKING THERE- JUST DON'T OKAY, you've been warned). They had so many problems and I dealt with an ample amount of negligence to the point where I had to break my lease on my second day.
Of course that left me homeless until I could find a new place to live. I desperately wanted to lease with Center Place due to the rave reviews and beautiful landscapes and Cristina has done everything within her power to get me moved in as quickly as possible. They did not have any units ready when I visited with her on tuesday, and already she has replaced the floors, carpets, counter tops, microwave, blinds, the works. I am able to pick up my keys just 3 days later and I cannot feel more lucky after one of the most unlucky and horrible times in my life. I was terrified that I wasn't going to be able to find an apartment so quickly and words cannot describe how thankful I am for the empathy I have garnered from Cristina and everyone else on her team that has made this possible for me. I could cry THANK YOU TO YOU ALL AT CENTER PLACE FOR MAKING ME A COMFORTABLE AND LOVELY HOME. I cannot wait: D

Center Place Apts was a great place to live. Had an absolutely wonderful experience there. The management staff is awesome, so professional, and always willing to assist. I would definitely recommend this complex for anyone looking for a great place to live.

I have lived at this apartment for close to 7yrs and is one of the best places to call home. Good and friendly neighbors, great maintenance culture, secured place, excellent staff. Christine is one of the best, always available to listen, warm, friendly, understanding and always willing to help resolve issues. Daniella always welcoming. I will always recommend this apartment

Well my experience at center Place was magnificent. As I was looking for a place to lease I came across center Place Apartments, the manager Daniela Del Real was very helpful she was very welcoming very polite made me feel like I was at home, one of the many things I saw but caught my attention is that the property looks very clean and organized

I want to recognize Ms Jenifer for her hard work & dedication, consideration for the awesomeness she gives to Me the rapid assistance on my Apt. When I need help. Love You.

I could not have been more acknowledged and appreciated on my visit to this property. I was simply just doing a walk-in visit to check out the location, it caught my eye driving by how clean and well maintained the property looked. The staff is super professional I even got to meet with manager Ms. Daniela very sweet and helpful lady and let me just say this is definitely my top picks of places I would want to move in!

I have lived on this property for nearly 5 years and have loved every year. The property is always clean, maintenance orders always get taken care of, and the community feels nice and safe. The apartments have nice renovations that feel upscale compared to the cheap renovations all other apartments have had going on lately. Daniella (the property manager) is incredibly sweet, and always attentive and eager to resolve any concerns. Highly recommend living here.

So I met with the property manager and she's amazing and very helpful. I took a tour and I loved the unit she showed me and it's so nice and quiet. Everyone is friendly. Definitely recommend these Apts if your looking into moving in.

I stopped by for information spoke with Jennifer, who was GREAT! She had all the information I needed, she was very pleasant and helpful. A little out of my price range otherwise I would definitely rent here! Maybe I’ll be back.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Been living here for almost 3 years now. It has always been well kept, maintenance always responds in a timely manner. There have been changes with the leasing staff, at first I wasn’t too happy hearing about Christina leaving us. Still am sad to see her go BUT… our new leasing assistant Jennifer is nothing short of AMAZING. She has a very bubbly welcoming energy. Jennifer has been very helpful with me in her short time here. I had concerns about a few things, she made sure to explain things to me and come up with a solution. I came into the office upset, but left out with an unexpected blessing. All thanks to Jennifer. I thank you so much Jennifer for your warm, welcoming energy. I am happy to know we have another great assistant here at Center Place!
