Dr. Osuagwu is the most caring, professional I have had the pleasure of meeting. I have been a client of his for almost 5 years. He has the "bed side" manner doctors used to have. I would not change him for another PCP for anything. His staff is always pleasant and ready to help genuinely!

Dr. Osuagwu and staff are all so kind and conduct themselves in a professional manner. The Doctor and staff have a lot of experience, I have a lot of medical problems and they take the time to listen and go straight to the problem. They also helped me get all of my Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and most doctors and staff members do not like to mess with this because of the paperwork. I just want to say thank you Dr. Osuagwu and staff God bless you all.

This place sucks. Immediately refused me service even though I had a scheduled appointment and insurance. Suggested I go to the ER instead. Terrible.

My 3 stars is because they don't accept Molina. This lady actually called my $322/ month insurance Medicaid. And.the way she said "That's Obamacare, right? " put me off. She sounded disgusted by it. I mean.you want to be political on my very 1st call? Ya, no thanks.

Went to see my new Doctor Chuck Osuagwu today and he was so kind, understanding. Very professional and his staff was A+. For me finding him was a answer to my prayers I would highly recomend Dr. Chuck!

After having to fire two other Doctors finding Doctor Osuagwu was like a breath of fresh air. Doctor O is a very good and trustworthy Doctor. I really like his demeanor he is a very easy-going Doctor and I’m glad to call him my Doctor.

Dr. Chuck called me personally and apologized for the miscommunication about my Medicare insurance. He explained he has some new hires who weren't familiar with Medicare and Medigap plans.

My previous review got his attention. Reviews work. I am happy to update my review and look forward to meeting Dr. Chuck. He's clearly a caring physician and I look forward to working on bettering my health with him as a health partner.

Dr. O is very knowledgeable. And you can be open and honest with him and he will be honest with you. The staff was prompt and very organized. I don’t see myself going to another doctor.
