Centerville Pointe Apartments, Garland TX

I love these apartments I have been here for 4 years an I can truly say they will work with u when u goin though a hard time. The thing I hate the most is the parking and people not picking up behind their dogs.but the office staff is very understanding and nice. And the families that are here are nice to be around. Everyone gets along with everyone especially on my side.

Maria is the best agent! Helpful and explained everything about the apts, i left happy and with the right information I needed

Absolutely love where I stay & the Management! My townhome is very spacious and the neighborhood is super quiet. Amenities could possibly be updated a bit however with that will come more expensive rent. Parking can be a bit aggravating, but management is for sure working on that!

Thank goodness for change! I definitely can see a difference with this property. Since they brought in a new office staff. Glad to know your paying attention. Keep up the good work!

I love Centerville Pointe Apartments! The office managers they have now are very professional and they’re understanding. They really need to keep the crew they have now because since I been here almost two years and they have switched to office managers but this last one is the best for the job!

I have been here 3years the first year in the half was good the staff kept the office and property together. The other year in a half they have been switching staff due to money orders being stolen from inside of the office. The parking is ridiculous you can’t park in front of your house because residents have multiple vehicles. I brought it to the office attention to make them aware of the parking issue nothing has been done and before the new staff came in we had stickers. I have a 3bedroom apartment don’t get me wrong I love my apartment but I am just having an issue with my toilet flooding downstairs into my living room. The maintenance/front office didn’t want to have the property carpet cleaners to come assist with getting the water up. They was saying it was my fault for the toilet overflowing but it was brought to my attention the last staff placed a water saver on the toilet and it had a recall on it. The maintenance never fixed it my toilet has over flown 3 times since then. It has also been almost a year of waiting on my dishwasher to be replaced it has a smell and it does not rinse. I constantly ask and the excuse is the order has not came in yet but other dishwashers are being replaced in different units. Over the last year in the half the apartments has went down. Please be cautious when moving here.

Marie and Marquetta and the other leasing agents are very helpful as well taking action quickly to all concerns.

Ok, now let me be very honest. I have about 3 things good to say about this property and not 1 is about the property. Consider this 2 star is lucky and not even deserved.

1. Glad to see new management and 2 people that I have spoken with was great. Maria & the other lady (I forget her name) showed a 4 bedroom to me Friday 3/10/23. Great attitudes both of the ladies have. Tbh, y'all deserve better and can do more.

2. The office is nice and smells good. It has a welcoming feel. (Shame how money is placed into the office, but not your property)

3. Not to many cars was there during the day and hopefully that means people have more to do instead of being at home. Property seems neat in the front, but it is a fake.

Now, let's get to the ugly. During the visit the lady that sits at the front desk in the middle, it is something about her that just don't sit right. First off, do not judge me as if you did not look in the mirror that morning. You can speak when spoken too. That is all for you. Mind your business. There shouldn't be 8 rude people with an unhealthy spirit & 2 people running a better place. Remember it take a village to make a change.

The entire property needs to be kept up and that shows your lazy workers. Those frontline individuals represent the entire complex. You all need to do better.

The 4 bedroom was ready to show huh? What a lie! Half cleaning job, floor damage on the first floor shows water damage, cracking throughout the place clearly speaks of how old the property is. Stairs are not safe at all and someone can fall with serious conditions. The 2nd floor made me feel that I will fall through. This was a horrible feeling & I'm sure the other units is just as worst. My God! Who told you all to keep those little toilets (lol) This property is in need of upgrades! Things are going up in the world & I understand this property was built a very long time ago & no one cares I guess. Next time, make sure units show REPRESENTATION if your wanting business. You have the nerve to charge money, but that money does not help your property. What are you working there for? Just to bring people in and not speak up.

Once again! Just because housing is accepted there, does not mean it has to look like it or make those that has NO assistance feel that you all do not care. Thanks for showing me that this is not what is best for me.

I can honestly say my experience so far with these apartments/townhomes has been the best and my reason being is because of Jasmine Holland. Me personally this woman is very understanding, passionate of your concerns and issues and she works with you and that’s because she truly cares. That’s why I’m comfortable where I am.

So this 2nd Chance Apartment agency is not about 2nd chances. This is what they cannot do: Based on new apartment criteria we are not able to help with the following:

People or families that make less than $3000 per month combined.
Broken Leases, Evictions, Property Debts, and Bankruptcies under 2 years old.
Felonies under 10 years old.
Misdemeanors under 2 years old.

Our goal is to help as many people as possible, but unfortunately, we cannot help everyone.

So really.a person that needs a 2nd chance has to be where before they qualify for this assistance?

Julia, Sivell and Chiquita are the sweetest office staff I've ever rented from. These ladies are awesome they really make you feel welcome

Omg couldn’t find anything I was looking for was struggling to find anything and I was searching everywhere very very stressful but then I called and sivell was my life saver and wonder women she went through everything with me step for step didn’t rush or pressure anything on to me took the load and just carried it until I was able to find what was in my budget and amenities and all the perks she was very resourceful and very professional I highly recommend Sivell B. And can’t wait to renew thanks to her!

Very rude management and it is sad. They have no sense of professionalism at all. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Please pay your money elsewhere.

Last Property Managers were great, until this new place took over, it has been hell. They manager in the office were finding and taking balances from 2018 and making you file for Texas Rent Relief (pocketing the money, I bet). Please stay away from this place. They are shady, rude and the property is not kept clean. From a concerned resident.

Property management HORRIBLE! I would say unprofessional but that's not even the proper word.more like GHETTO! SAD, SAD, SAD! I WOULD NOT lease from this property unless u would want to catch a case because the so called management will literally take u to that level. RUUUUNNNN!

Sivell was really good and helpful with the information while I was on my apt search! The apt was extremely nice! It was very clean outdoors!

Was going to look into this place, until I saw the managers response on certain reviews. That was not professional at all. Goes to show what type of management is really in there.

I went here inquiring about my next move. The environment and this place was very nice. Sivell is genuinely pleasant. She was professional and knowledgeable. It was an overall great experience.
