The technician was knowledgeable and personable. He did the work efficiently and gave us good recommendations.

We have used CCA for over 10 years. We had our builder grade HVAC replaced only 5 years from move in. Yearly service since then. Technicians are professional and thorough. They show you what needs to be replaced (usually the capacitor) and why. The few times we needed service before yearly inspection, Linda made sure to get someone out ASAP.
After 20+ years, we had the furnace and AC replaced. Got several bids, but decided to go with Central City. Were they a bit higher, yes. Why did I go with them? I know they will do it correctly and professionally. Just had the yearly service for the furnace. Technicians showed up on time and did their work.
You can choose the rest, but we’ll stick with the best!

Jose came prepared with face mask and gloves to service our annual spring air conditioning maintenance check-up. He is professional and knowledgeable about air conditioners. I would recommend Central City Air to anyone.
This notice is an update to the previous comment. Central City Air is a well organized, professional, and extremely knowledgeable heating and air conditioning company. I would recommend them to everyone, who wants the job done right the first time.

Central City Air has been taking care our A/C system since 2002. They are always on time, communicate well, have reasonable rates especially for the quality of work they do, and when our system started to die in 2021, they were able to find a unit that would work for us when parts were so scarce. I wouldn't dare use anybody else for our a/c and heating system!

Have been using Central City for many, many years. They have serviced and replaced. They are a joy to work with and Linda is so easy to work with on the phone.

Central City Air technicians always do a first rate job keeping my AC/ Heating system in first rate operating condition.

Central City AIr is the best AC/Heat Company in the Greater Houston Area bar none. Miss Linda with the front office will take care of any and all of your concerns. She is able to do this as she has some fantastic technicians. Jose is the lead man and what an asset he is to to CCA! They just yesterday corrected an emergency repair on our unit out here in Katy.
