DO NOT TRUST their service department. I had our char car in September 21’ I had taken my c in for oil change and maintenance. My tires were rotated 3 times. Instead of telling me I need an alignment, all four tires had to be replaced and they never told me I needed an alignment. They told me I had a suspension problem, so I took it to Cavender Cadillac in San Antonio. They put I on the lift and immediately saw the wear on the tires. Cavender Cadillac also noted my car had no suspension problems. I am a woman who trust the service people to maintain my vehicle. Their service people and service management never acknowledged their error. Instead they argued with me about what occurred. Yet there are nothing noted on my receipts about alignment needed. Their customer service manager did nothing to correct what I explained what occurred. BEWARE of servicing your Cadillac there.
My recent visit at Houston Central Cadillac was a great stress relief. My service rep, Amanda, went out of her way to make sure that not only was my car taken care of, but that I was also aware of what was available to help me with the repairs. Awesome repairs.
It's was ok. Got oil change but no tire rotation or car wash. Due to compressors going out.
My guy Mr. Lee was awesome, and he got me in the vehicle I wanted. All in all Central Houston Cadillac took great care of me.
I guess I'll write another review so maybe someone will get a hold of me. 3 weeks I wrote about my experience in May/June. After I wrote it, Scott responded and asked me to call him. I called and we talked about everything that happened and he said he will try to get me in another vehicle but if anything he'll talk with accounting to get me my down payment back. Well that conversation was back on August 8th and I haven't heard anything. I've called and left messages. I've texted the sales lady that I originally dealt with with nothing in return. Finally a couple of days ago the sales lady text me saying I wasn't approved for another vehicle. So I text back saying ok fine but what about my down payment and of course I get ignored. I need to know the status of this. Its not my fault I work through a temp agency so you had me return my vehicle after having it for a month. Now I need my down payment back. Im sorry but I will never recommend anyone to go here. I haven't had a good experience with y'all yet.
I worked with Walter and he was flat out amazing! Great job on communication and since I did everything online he even delivered it.
Cadillac road side was prompt and efficient, I was very happy to have the assistance as I was stranded. The technician had a new battery on site which was a blessing.
Excellent customer service from Mr. Hill! He is the best! Top management needs improvement. My wait time was too long just for an oil change. I only had one person ahead of me. They could not rotate my tires nor wash my car due to the pressure machine not working.
