22I've had the worst experience with this dealership. I initially purchased a Nissan Kicks brand new with the AC not working. They messed up my contract a total of 3 times and I had to come and re-sign documents several times until I refused to sign until I got a car with working AC. They got me into an Altima that had it's own set of problems and the dealership did minimal assisting with that vehicle. Unfortunately I was in an accident and the Altima was a total loss and now it has been like pulling teeth to get the documents I need and get my warranty cancelled. I know several people (car salesman included) who do not appreciate how they do business and treat the customer. This is my last Nissan.
Mr. Marvin gets me the car what I want to buy and went the transaction fast and smoothly. 2 thumbs up for the sales and customer service he had given me!
I have a GREAT SERVICE SALESMAN (TIN). Don't like the service/treatment you get while in waiting area where the snacks, drinks are suppose to be. I've come a few times and there are no snacks out. Although the worker is behind the counter, deciding when she should put snacks out. She also decided who she spoke to. I watched her and a couple other employees talking, laughing, everything else but their job. Until they notice me taking pictures. Keep in mind they never spoke to me the whole time I was sitting there observing as I waited on one my 3 cars I bring there for service. They got a manager to approach me. I told him what I observed. He apologized. He explained that they have had customers come and take many snacks at one time. He went on to say, they hope to gave the location and service on the same scale as INFINITY. I told him as much money people spend on Nissan cars and the service, SNACKS shouldn't be a problem. You could be on the scale of INFINITY if you are concerned with how many snacks one may pick up. I suggested putting up a sign. 1 SNACK PER CUSTOMER! The next time I came I brought my own snacks. The same person working the counter. She never spoke. I chose Central Nissan because it's conveniently located.
I went to get my car fixed, I had a defective nissan battery. They alledgedly "fixed" the battery issue. The dashboard board battery emblem was still lit after repair I had to relentlessly persist they check the battery. The alternator voltage was low (which I had them document) and they still okayed me to get on the road and drive away. 5 minutes later I broke down on the hwy. I texted the dealership line and let them know I broke down, they had no regard for endangering my safety. They only texted me back to say its 1300 to fix the alternator. Which apparently they knew was destroyed the whole time due to the defective battery. Which explains why they placed me with a new car salesman within 30 minutes of being there with even consulting me. Very unprofessional, lying, ill mannered staff, and the GM hasn't responded to my email 72 hrs later. Hopefully he gets fired as I climb the corporate ladder with my complaint and lawsuit.
I have a recall on my car. The day I received the message a representative at Nissan told me the part will be in at the end of March. Now I waited until May and June to call back and they tell me they do not have the part still which I somewhat understand. Today I spoke with a Houston Central Nissan service representative that has told me that they do not have my lamp switch part for my car. I asked a representative if any other Nissan dealership had the part that is around and he told me no dealership has the part. I went and called Sterling McCall and they told me they had the part. I am disappointed that the representative has told me this. My best advice is to find out for your self if there willing to help or not.
I recently went to Central Nissan and was assisted by Amador Olvera. I'll start by saying that I hate the process of buying a new car, mainly because the sales reps can usually be very bushy and the process can take hours and gets very annoying. However, this was not my experience at Central Nissan. I was greeted very kindly by Amador and he answered all of my questions accurately and in a very timely manner. The process was not as long as expected and he made sure that he explained all items every step of the way. I was in and out the same day and he even delivered my new car to my house in the pouring rain. His customer service did not end there. He has consistently made sure that I have been satisfied with my purchase and that I knew exactly how to handle certain situations should they arise. I highly recommend Central Nissan along with Amador Olvera. He will definitely make sure that you have a wonderful experience.
Zero stars. Drove for hours to look at a vehicle that was specially priced on-line and we were told that they couldn't sell it to us. So we asked why they are advertising it for sale. Of course, lies! Told the sales lady to lose my number and would post a bad review on every website possible. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

Great service. I went there for an oil change & felt like a VIP. They had shuttle service so I could drop off my car. They vacuumed & washed it for me. Everyone was extremely & naturally friendly.

Time wasters/scammers. I saw their listed car on website, called and made sure it’s available. I arrived at their dealership within 30mins. After waiting 15/20mins, a girl name Jessica came and told me that car is sold and if I would like to see other cars they have. What a disappointment and wasted time on their games. Shame on them.
