Central Park Apartments, Victoria TX

I am currently in on of the updated apartment which is nice but looks a little rushed. I am a little annoyed at how the flood is slightly uneven but it only bothers me when I am putting up furniture and it is a little askew. The pool is basic but nice garden area. The area surrounding the apartment is not bad and I never feel uncomfortable when I am walking around. It is nice that they provide a huge discount to families at the YMCA.

Celeste is one of the Best Office managers I know. Not only did she make moving in quick and easy but her customer service was a breath of fresh air. From the day I took a tour to the day I received my keys she kept a smile a file on her face and was happy to help!

Very nice spacious apartments. Well kept property. Staff is helpful, friendly and professional. Extremely nice place for occupancy.

I like the living experience at Central Park. The office and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. And the complex is beautiful and well-maintained.

I originally moved in right when they were being opened after Hurricane Harvey where after a year of staying in a one bedroom apartment was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. The apartments have been nicely remodeled and are very roomy. The apartment manager Sarah is very nice and accommodating to the tenants needs. I enjoy the benefit of having the YMCA membership as a perk because it is just right across the street so in walking distance.

Great place to stay quiet neighborhood with the gym right across the street and plenty of parking. Very nice apartments and good management.

Beautiful apartment complex with great management and maintenance staff. My maintenance request got taken care of immediately and correctly! I love living here! The apartments have been so nicely updated and well taken care of.

I love Central Park apartments! Maintenance is great here they get stuff done fast! Newly remodeled and beautiful! Also it’s right down the road from H-E-B! And right across the street from the YMCA! Neighbors are super friendly!

The apartments are super nice! They are totally remodeled and are super modern. Complex is small and quiet which I really like. I haven’t made it to the YMCA but it’s located literally across the street which is very convenient! Really nice apartments!

Central Park Apartments is simply amazing! I'm originally from Port Arthur so I didn't know where would be a good place to stay when I moved to Victoria. Central Park is the best place so far that I've stayed.the costumer service here is outstanding and always on time.very friendly staff that's always smiling and wiling to help whenever you need them.ill recommend Central Park Apartment to anyone I know. 5 stars easy in my opinion!

The new renovations are very nice and modern, the room/living spaces are more than adequate, the services of maintenance are excellent and taken care of as soon as possible, and bonus points for the convenience of a YMCA right across the street.

I moved to Central Park apartments in July 2020 and having a great time since then. The administration is so helpful and friendly and they manage scheduled checks on the apartments for any maintenance issues. They are so prompt in replying to any concern. The residence is very close to UHV and Victoria college as well as to HEB and YMCA. I haven't had any issues what so ever and the apartment is renewed in all aspects. I highly recommend this place for everyone seeking a calm neighborhood and hassle-free stay.
