My family and I have been patronizing this vet for 20 something years. My pups have been well cared for by mostly Dr Neans and we have seen 2 pups over the Rainbow Bridge. Everything was beautiful at the end, despite the sadness.
You don’t get a perfect score only because you are so very busy — it’s difficult to get a same week appointment to see a vet (not a vet tech). Invite another vet to practice with you?
Had our dog spayed here on June 27th and the staff were super nice and friendly. Our dog is doing very well after, they took excellent care of her.
They called the next day to check on her status as part of their follow-up.
Highly recommended if your pet needs surgical procedures.
My parents’ senior dog had a medical emergency (hemorrhaging) and her vet was closed. I called so many “emergency” vets and they would take two hours to see her, if at all, and wouldn’t let me check in via phone. I called CTA and explained our situation, they were willing to see her despite not being an established patient. Our dog was at a point where she would’ve needed a full blood transfusion and even then, might not make it. They helped her cross the rainbow bridge peacefully in a warm, kind environment. They stayed past closing so my brother and I could come say goodbye to her, and allowed my parents to stay by her side until the very end. If we ever get a pet again, we will be going to CTA - highly recommend! Thank you CTA!
