Dr. Ramirez is very patient, explains well, listens to the patient and makes them feel valued.
We are happy to have him take care of our hearing issues.

I have been a HA wearer for more than 25 years. Dr Ramirez is my new favorite audiologist. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He explained all his suggestions and reasons for suggestions. I will be using him for my audiologist going froward.

Dr. Leah is very kind and understanding when I got my appointment time wrong, she was still able to see me. She also help me figure out how CTHC can help me with my hearing concerns. Time with Dr. Leah did not feel rushed and she took the time to answer my questions.

Dr. Ramirez is a great Audiologist. He made me feel comfortable in his office, and answered all the questions I had about my hearing loss, and what I could do with the latest hearing aids and technology. Additional note for people who don't have any experience with hearing aids, and want to look into them. They are much more inconspicuois then they used to be and come in numerous styles and functionality, so don't delay go to Dr. Ramirez today!

I was so pleased with my visit to Central Texas Hearing Center in Lakeway. The staff was welcoming and very polite. DR. ANDRES RAMIREZ was very clear about the test I was taking, he explained the procedure fully to me and then he went over the results with me. He was very clear and I never felt he was rushing me out the door. I feel good having taken the test, and have a good baseline for going forward. The office was also very clean and professional. I had a bit of a time figuring out how to get to the upstairs clinic but was told to go to the back of the building to the upper parking lot. There was plenty of parking right in front of the clinic's doors.

All were very friendly and informative. I felt i was in goods hands and trust what they recommend. For sure recommend these folks at Central Texas Hearing

Very easy to find first floor office with lots of parking and friendly, informative staff. Today was the hearing test (I've had these in prior years but this one was particularly well explained.) Ordered hearing aids looking forward to working with my neighborhood audiologist!

Dr Ramirez quickly diagnosed the problem with one of my hearing aids and professionally spelled out my options. He was able to see me quickly to remedy my issue.
