Awful service. Terrible customer service. It’s a monopoly and they can do whatever they want.

Absolutely piss poor work ethic of the teams involved here. Have seen NUMEROUS missed trash bins for pickup, god awful customer service, obscene follow up from missed tickets, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Friday, September 22nd, was my curbside recycling day for Chandler Creek. Bad enough they not show up, I called them the follow week on Monday 25th, Wednesday 27th, then Friday 29th, and was told they would enter a service request and have the recycling picked up in 24 hours. Today is October 2nd and the recycling bin has not been serviced. I wish the City Of Round Rock would hold CTR accountable.

They missed my neighbors trash and ours. I called to find out why. The rep stated she wasn't sure. She would would schedule a 24 hour pick up. We'll that didn't happend. Now I have trash piling up and have to wait even longer. This city expects notch service if your doing business in this city. I wish city if austin picked up our trash. That way we know it would get done right the first time. Quit charging people for this service if yall can't even accommodate regular trash pick ups on the days it supposed to get picked up. It's theft of service. Yall are trash pun Intended

The trash service is typically reliable, but the recycling service is not. This is made even more difficult with recycling picked up every other week. The past two times the recycling service skipped my house entirely and picked up for everyone else on the street. Two weeks ago, when I called Central Texas Refuse, they had a theory that there might be a bag in the recyling that caused them to skip, which I thought was odd, since no one left a note. This week I was extra cautious to ensure nothing in that can was on the border. This week they didn't even attempt to stop at my house, just skipping it entirely.

They hold the monopoly so we have no options. This sham company takes advantage of customers by charging whatever they want and then deciding to change the rules so we are left with trash in a container every single week. If I were independently wealthy I would start a rival trash company just to put them out of business. They are the worst and they don't honor their own pricing.

Requested a bulk trash pickup a week ago & paid the due amount immediately. Even after 9 days they're clueless when they'll get to it. Been calling the service center almost everyday, but that is just as useless since they'll keep placing work orders & escalating it and no one cares/works on it!

I paid to have them do a pick up it's been over a week and the trash is still out front of my house. It's been raining and I can't move it. Very unprofessional. I've called several times and nothing has been done. Terrible company!
