Pretty sure this will be my last trip to Lowes.never seem to have the one item in stock that I am looking for and when asked when it would be in stock.the employee told me " Well, it's on order and not sure when it will be in"
that my friends is not the type service I look for or the answer I expected So off to Home Depot and yes they had just what I needed sorry Lowes but maybe you should train your employees how to give the customer a time frame on when an item will be available!

This visit to that store was a pleasant visit the lady that checked me out was very nice very considerate and not particularly fond of this lowes so I will say this is an exceptional visit

Everything you need. Costco, lowes joann fabrics, and an assortment of small businesses to patronize. Traffic is nuts over there, but that's the way it always is.

I visit about once a week for garden center and houseplant finds. Unfortunately as of late the houseplants area has been void of any unique new houseplants.

Always crowded and the machine to get your membership card is always broken. I have a year with the membership and I always need to get a temporary card because there machine to make the membership never works.

Big store, but I feel they are always short on inventory. Not a reliable store for those who go to Costco to buy very specific products.

One young man assist me telling me where the containers I was looking for. Went to the aisle trying to get the container down saw floor worker they wouldn't help me get the container down.

Had to find something to fix outside facet. Pipe is rusted and no threads. Garbage disposal hose 7/8 works great for quick fix.

We love shopping at Costco. They enforced the mask requirements. Everyone maintains social distances and gets reminded if they don't. If you shop wisely, the prices are great.

Nice little shopping center. I come here for Lowes and occasionally Michael's. It has lots of parking, but it can be a little dodgy trying to enter if you're entering by Costco. There are a lot of speed bumps, narrow lanes and a lot of exiting and entering cars. It is a little easier to exit back onto the freeway, but the exit by Lowes is right by the exit off the highway, so it is always a gamble if someone is going to come speeding off the highway and fast-and-furious across 4 lanes of traffic to turn right at the next light.

Its a little busy because of the holidays but everyone seems to be very aware of social distancing and following protocol.

Whomever designed this plaza did a horrible job and failed to make space for potential businesses that'll utilize docks to receive goods from tractor-trailers. There is no good way to come in for delivers nor go out once empty.

Poppy's received good in quality services are. I had been in Costco employee in the past so I do know what to look for great job.

Great service, great people. But when you leave, go behind the Lowes Hardware and slip thru there to get to the I-10 feeder.

No staff available to help me with questions.either pretending they dont see me waving or just lazy to deal with customers at all and run the other way.

I was rushed going into the store and lost my rebate check. Of course it was not turned in. The management was very professional and helpful. They were keeping an eye out for it at the cashiers. I can't get a new check until 2 weeks (and it may be cashed by then). My lost. Maybe it helped someone else in need and maybe it can be reissued. A whole year of rebates lost in 5 sec: (

COSTCO Happy Customer for years despite Membetship cost increases. Today BIG DISAPPOINTMENT in pricing. Coupon discount ONLY for 1 item.not precieved stated on sign. I bought 3 items; $4.50 discount only applied on 1 item.the other 2 full price $18.xx. Shame on you. Costco! Can I not trust you anymore? I called. Customer Service explained; confirmed.ouch!

Great deals on anything, buying in bulk saves you more money in the long run. Eating here is great too can't go wrong with the hotdogs and pizza.

Awesome prices and customer service, don’t come near closing time because a lot of things are out of stock and won’t restock

The staff was super helpful with the furniture inside and outside the store. And it took some time to stuff in two super big and heavy boxes in my SUV, but they were very patient with us.
