I started my intake process in February for my daughter. I was assigned an ABA tech but then that didn't work out for whatever reason. Then, Centria could not find a tech to provide services at a time that would benefit my daughter. In May, our third tech was identified. In June after weeks of confirming the initial start date, the tech did not show and could not be found. Centria needs to get organized before agreeing to provide ABA services in which they cannot deliver or have NO intention to deliver. I'm not sure which one it is.

I do not recommend applying for employment here! The CEO reached out to me via email about returning to work for Centria. I mentioned to him that I was interested and had more questions. A recruiting specialist emailed me a few days later. We had a conversation regarding the benefits of returning and the locations that have open cases. He said he would put me on a couple different cases in Plano and Allen.

I stated that I was interested in moving forward. The recruiter then states Unfortunately, after reassessing the needs in your area with one of my leads it looks as if we no longer have any full time or part time opportunities available that would be close enough to you.

Hopefully our paths can cross again in the near future.

I’m HIGHLY disappointed with this company. I will never work for Centria again.

I absolutely don’t recommend applying here. I worked for the company a few months in Nj before they seized operations. Well because of everything they offered i asked if I could transfer to Texas. I was told yes and request a start date that I was told was very much possible. They made me feel secured and confident in my move (that I had to do by myself in an area where I knew no one). Well guess what am here, jobless and on the edge of being homeless. I was lied to and pushed off multiple times. I finally filled a complete with hr but all they can do is an investigation. Literally they didn’t even try offering me an position to help me stay stable. All the money I used to move for a job I thought I had was a waste. They clearly can’t communicate and they absolutely don’t care about their employees. Find a better company because this company doesn’t care.

I would not recommend Centria healthcare for ABA services, they do not have enough BCBA and technicians to run the program and they just put ABA services on hold as they can’t find resources to run program. BCBA can left program and communicate via text message that they will be leaving the program (just not professional way to part away). They never keep technician happy so they just leave for better prospect (we had 5 technician left due to getting better pay somewhere else). I am not happy with Centria healthcare at all, stay away from Centria for ABA services.

I have two boys with Centria in Wyandotte. Our techs and BCBA’s are wonderful with them and always make sure we’re comfortable with everything!

Unorganized from within, great service on the exterior though. Paycheck issues will lead to employment issues, which translates to efficiency issues. Issues stemming from it's core.

The absolute worst. They left us in the dark when they switched our case manager. If I could leave negative stars, I would. If you want no guidance and no help, Centria is the place to go.

Outstanding services. They go far and beyond to help your child to get the care it really needs. Really heartwarming.
