I can't this clinic has people standing outside in these severe heat conditions waiting to receive treatment or for walk in appointments something needs to be done about this

If you’re thinking about working here DONT. Management super disorganized & very immature. They always change the work ethic almost every day, tell you last minute about it & get mad at you for not doing it correctly right away. They have their favorite employee & let her clock out during work hours to go get Starbucks or run errands. She pretends to clock in/out when she’s faking it. Front desk supervisor & the LVN supervisor think they’re above & better than everyone when they don’t even qualify for the position they have right now with the lack of leadership skills. The Director is so rude & disrespectful to the patients when that is the last thing they need given their situation. They abuse the power & treat their employees unfairly. They only look out for themselves when it’s beneficial & don’t even care about their staff department. As much as the front desk supervisor was notified about the changes that were needed nothing was fixed & she cared less since she’s always been puppet tiered by the LVN supervisor. Nothing will change which is the sad the part.

Doctor David Gargling was in every right to kick me out of the office for not wearing a Covid mask. He was not however polite or professional. Today my blood pressure was 131/87 which is still slightly elevated from where it has been for me in my past medical history. Also I have Type 1 diabetes and would like to protect my kidneys from blood pressure numbers like these. I told Dr. Garling this and he didn't care. Also I told him my blood pressure medicine was out and again he said he did not care. My mask was off for no more than a minute. Dr. Garling represents this company and the company will no doubt support him. But I ask will Centro Med support you or me? I say that they will not. DO NOT GO TO THIS OR ANY CENTRO MED CLINIC. Choose another company and provider.

I have been here 3 times this clinic is better than any i have been to they make sure your taken care of may take a while to get seen sometimes best to go early in the morning

The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The new protocol for Dr.visits is outstanding. Cento Med has always been super clean. The wait time is very short. I commend each and every one there. May God keep all of your great families safe and healthy.

The staff has to deal with diversity of different people and different characters that you would have the experience to deal with in a traditional doctors setting. With that I can the staff is excellent with their care and representation of Centro Med. The ladies has on several taken the time to be concerned not only with my health but others also. They even go out of their way to learn your name to where they identify you along with why you are visiting that day. This place has for the better and you can the staff has been in medical customer care.
