Called the emergency maintenance customer service line & the lady that always answers is incredibly rude. She stated “I can’t guarantee that maintenance will be going today, you can call as many times as you want. ” I have now called 3 times and my calls are no longer being answered and when she answered 1 time she hung up right away. I am recording all of these attempted calls I’m making, as this is an emergency.

Very bad service from Linda Madrid, she didn't even take the time to help me with my app, very impotent and rude, it's supposed to help people. Very bad service

HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY. Since the realtor said that me warning the military community about her appalling lack of customer service skills, atrocious attitude, and constant condescension toward my husband and I wouldn’t affect her business or sales whatsoever, there should be no issue with me posting this. Linda Madrid with Century 21 ADP has been a nightmare to work with from the get-go. She completely lacked all professionalism and even a ~decent~ demeanor. However, we pushed through this terrible attitude and clear military and ESA dog discrimination for the rental we truly wanted. When we voiced complaints about less-than-adequate conditions of the home upon moving in, we were met with constant gas lighting and were told every issue was our fault. She said it was our fault we couldn’t view the home in person, only via facetime due to us being military and being at another post. She took no responsibility for the condition of the home, the air filter that clearly hadn’t been replaced in 6+ months, broken doors, missing items, glass, animal bones, and beer caps littered throughout the entire yard. She eventually admitted she personally knew the owner. It all came together We were only made aware after speaking to higher level management that the OWNER cleaned the home and that no professional cleaning service had ever been done before us moving in. They just took the owners word for it and a few zoomed out pictures. And now it was on us. When we asked to speak with management, she rudely said they were going to say the same thing and that nothing was going to be done because, of course, everything we were experiencing was our fault. Contrary to her belief, management very quickly handled the situation and was very understanding of our one request…that the house be professionally cleaned. One small issue that could have easily been fixed and she was absolutely disgusting in the way she talked to us and handled it. Please, for the love of god, save yourself future trouble and avoid Linda Madrid with Century 21 ADP at all costs. Come to find out after warning said community, she has been terrrible for many other people!

Don’t ever go with these company. They are thieves. They will find one way to take all your down payment. Imagine 500$+ for house paint that is due from wear and tear. I will never recommend them to anyone

This property is the worst I've seen. They are not military friendly. They are not friendly to all minorities. If you live in El paso over a year you learn certain minorities are not treated well. This business does not respect their tenants nor their own property. Preventive maintenance on Airconditioners is nonexistent. Do no rent or buy from this company. Substandard quality with a lot of attitude. They are worthless. Claim military friendliness. Well after over 20 yrs of
service guess who usually treat servicemember the worst. Former servicemember and those spouses that wore the service members rank. Ms Driggers showed me my Apt and after seeing my LES charged $100 more than the rent was suppose to be. I didn't know at the time. Her staff Linda and Iris are devoted to lying abs covering up for substandard owners and managers. They will take your rent payment but fail to maintain the property. There should be a Class Suit on this place somewhere.this is ridiculous. Notice what all the people who gives this company 5 stars look like and what their names are.it says more than words ever will.

For over a year I have contacted LINDA for concerns I’ve had with my apartment complex. I have contacted her numerous times by email, text, and phone calls. LINDA has been less than helpful. She has yet to answer any email, text, or phone call. I feel people working at this company have no customer service skills. Please save your money and most important your time. I’m extremely unsatisfied and will never use this agency, let alone recommend it to anyone. (Written by Selena on this account)

Ok this ppl just take applications money and beat around the bush they say your credit is your job and NOPE DONT BELIEVE THAT THEY JUST WANT APPLICATION MONEY THEY SAY TO CHECK LOL I DONT THINK SO ITS TO KEEP ALL THAT MONEY GOD BLESS YOU

The property manager & property management assistant are unbelievable inept at effectively communicating with tenants. Instead of providing solutions, they only have excuses.

Over the last two years, it remains a disappointment that they haven’t developed better customer service skills and I only wonder why the organization hasn’t implemented proper training for their employees.

I was finally approved for the house, after weeks of calling. I get called Fri (late afternoon) by Linda. I state I can come in Monday. She calls back that evening and says, "I need the deposit! " Mind you the banks CLOSED!
I said I'd be there Monday morning. I call at 10: 30 Monday morning and her extra unprofessional self says, "I already took another application! " I'll call you BACK. SHE NEVER DID. SHE IS RUDE AND SHOULDN'T RUN ANY OFFICE. I WILL BE REPORTING HER!

We we looking for a rental house. Trella, the realtor we worked with was amazing. She was very kept constant communication with us and helped us find our home. She connected us with Linda who is the property manager. We applied for a home and were approved the very next day and we had the lease agreement the same day. Thank you Trella and Linda for making the process so smooth and so quickly. We will definitely work with them in the future!

The property manager is the worst I have worked with. As the homeowner who is paying them you would think they would have my best interest. This not the case. They let my tenet go 3 1/2 months without paying rent and then gave me some excuse the courts were closed for December. My tenet lived rent free November, December, January and part of February until he was evicted. The sad part is that used to work there 20 years ago and I new this property manger.

Matt and Trella are super rude. Blessings to all the poor ladies that get mistreated. I hope someday they find charisma and heart. It’s just so sad the el pso first real estate company has a closed mind and doesn’t keep up with the times.
