My wife and kids had an emergency breakdown and came here in hopes of having a repair made so they could go on their camping trip. Bill and his family screwed my wife and kids out of $750 bucks and made no repair whatsoever to our camper. After getting screwed by Bill and his family I took it to a reputable repair facility and they charged me $1,000 to fix Bills mistakes. Bill tried to say it was my battery but my repair guy figured out that bill does not have a clue of what he is doing. Bill's repair is what burnt our motor up. Not because it was old.
Bill and his family of con artist did not even offer to reimburse us and did not even care that his repair was faulty.

They did not fix my camper and when I took it back they blamed the problem on something else. I paid $700 for my camper to still be broken.

Sent them an email with a detailed description of my electrical issues 2 days prior to my arrival in Amarillo. Bill responded later that evening and I was told he'd speak with a tech and get back to me. 24 hrs passed - nothing. I emailed again and was told the tech was off that day (conveniently) and that he would speak with him today. But, again, nothing.
I can only assume that they don't know enough about electrical to help, or that they are so busy they don't need any new business.
