They intentionally ignore phone calls when they’re feeling lazy - which is 90% of the time. I lived there ‘20-‘22, currently have important questions regarding literal money being sent from my employer to my old address there & they still won’t answer in ‘23. They shot up the rent drastically with no upgrade (s). Bad customer service, no empathy, just want your money. This is an objective review. Austin is huge, go somewhere else.

I've been at this property for 3 1/2 years and my experience has been really good during my tenure here. The location is great in terms of access to everything I need. The community has been pretty good/chill as well. Any issues that there are, management seems to attempt to address with community communications.

As you may know with apartment properties, management and staff can change over the course of months/years, sometimes quicker than that. That being said, Ashley L.has been the one constant in the front office during my time here. She helped me as a leasing agent when I first got here and has helped me numerous times as upper management, especially with my housing fiasco 2022 lol (was my fault.) In any event, I can only speak to my experience here and it's been a good one for 3+ years. Hope this helps anyone searching for a new place to call home!

Guest parking is very limited. Residential area not a lot of car traffic. Gates never work.

I have resided at Century Travesia for 3 years and love living here! Elise Thurman and Ashely Luna in management are great to deal with and Mauro in maintenance is awesome, he always gets requests done quickly and with a smile.:)

I've been here for a few months now and it has been a great experience! I toured with Rebekah and she was very friendly and knowledgeable of the property. The maintenance team is great as well and they handle maintenance requests super early. Parking is also great and convenient.

It is in a great location and very close to Mopac and 35. Also very close to the Domain as well and other stores.

My only complaint is that there are a large number of dogs on the property and they tend to be very loud with excessive barking sometimes. The property has sent out emails about it before so it is more so on the owners than the actual property.

Other than that, I definitely enjoy staying here and was the best decision for me!

So far this community has been fantastic, I have occupied this apartment for a month, but only lived here for 5 days. I have put in maintenance tickets and they were addressed in less than 24 hours, great response time! Absolutely beautiful apartments with tall ceilings, most beautiful place I have lived in so far! Only complaint so far is the safety gates at the front of the community have been wide open this whole time due to technical issues.

One of the worst place.
I live in the forth floor and the elevator has been broken for more than a month and never been fixed.
I had very bad experience with people at the office.
To whom concern please think well before take the decision.

I’ve been living here for almost a year and this is the best apartment ever. Anytime I put in a maintenance request it is fixed within that day. The apartment is beautiful and so spacious. They updated the apartments to be run by your phone which makes life easier. The pool in the summer time is so spacious that everyone has their own area. I want to get a bigger apartment I hope one is available when my lease is up!
