Ceramic Store Of Houston Llc reviews
19 This was my only day off for the whole month, so if you can imagine I'm like super excited.
Needed some clay for an art project that I have dreamed up for over a month, and was super excited to go and really shop for some new tools, glazes, and to look at a kiln since my was getting quite old. I also was going to see if I could just buy the motor to a pottery wheel since mine was getting very slow.
End result, I think I'm going to try to find a new clay supplier. They treat healthy customers like their diseased and sickly with their little micro aggressions of wearing a mask.
What I find amazing is I can go to the dentist office without having to mask up.
The girl was super nice, the guy was telling me to put my mask over my nose. Can't freaking breathe.
Anyways that's probably the cheapest I've ever left that store.
Great place for the Art lovers in your life. The staff is great. Very clean environment. Safe place to go!
I love this place it is the go to spot for ceramic supply par Excel lance! They have it all including consultation, firing services! The only place in Houston like it
Love this store! Helpful staff (they even helped me stuff a pottery wheel into my not-large vehicle) and good selection. I get all my clay, glazes, and most of my tools here.
Thank you really appreciate all that you do great to have a good ceramic store here in Houston
Stange place, front door locked for Covid Safety. Masks still required and they won't let you shop until they take your temp. Very dry personalities.
They did however have decent prices and a good selection. Worth a visit but make sure you take a mask.
I always love visiting Ceramic Store of Houston! I have to drive an hour to get there but always worth the trip. It has the best selection of clay, glazes and supplies. Too many fun supplies! I always spend way more than I intend to. The staff is always very knowledgeable and is able to answer all my questions.
The ladies at this establishment are knowlegeable and personable. So is the doggie! I appreciate the extra steps they take for the pandemic.
Yo this place is legit. I'm getting my wife some pottery stuff for Christmas and I had no idea what I needed. The help got me taken care of with everything I needed and more. This will be our primary spot from now on.
It looks like they have a great selection of supplies, but they could really work on their customer service.
Heavyset black lady.extremely unfriendly. The staff here is pretty unhelpful.questions aren't welcomed at all. This is my first time here and no one seemed ready to help me at all. If you come here, expect a very unfriendly atmosphere
I love coming to the ceramic store of Houston! The guys there always help me with anything I need help with! So extremely knowledgeable on the products the kilns and any of the tools that are there. I am so happy and lucky that we have a Ceramic Store in Houston that carries this product not only for personal use but for schools as well. Thanks for all you do!
They were friendly and helpful on the phone, but no so much in person. Maybe they were having a bad day? As a person who has obvious mobility limitations and who asked for help, I had to ask and then practically demand it before I was shown where some of what I was asking for was located. Ended up not getting everything I needed and wanted before I left due to being frustrated.
Wonderful place. Knowledgeable staff. Love this place. If you work in ceramics - or even more importantly if you want to learn - go here.
Going in here makes me feel like a kid in a candy store. Its a shame its not closer to my house.
The people are usually pretty. There's a couple of people that don't mind helping, but everyone else treats you like you're bothering them.
I felt very unwelcomed.
The woman working at the store answered short and fast answers, 0 care, no true willing to help.
The couple that entered right after me, was asked to hurry up because she is closing in half an hour? !
*They are also not accepting any returns, although it's not a consumption products.
We're so lucky to have a shop with such an ample selection of ceramic tools and materials in the heights. I've been coming here for years and I've always been satisfied, and I recently picked up my first online order with no difficulties. Not sure about the reviews citing rude staff as I've never been greeted with anything but kindness in my prior visits.
