When accessing the repair job, Sebastian and Ivan explained what needed to be done and wanted us to look into the root cause of the problem instead of masking it with a quick paint job which they could have easily done. They were patient while we looked into the problem and followed up periodically to see if we had it resolved. In the end, they did a great job and I would recommend them for your painting needs.

I had a very good experience with CertaPro and my contact (Pedro). Making the appointments was easy. They came quickly to review the scope of work and provided a detailed estimate the next day. The cost of the work was fair.

They started work a couple of days later and arrived right on time. Pedro came out to ensure the scope was understood clearly by the painters before work began. The painter (Ivis) and crew were very nice. They were clean and did a great job with good attention to detail.

Franklin Sosa was amazing. He seemed to be the head painter. He knew his stuff, painted with precision, fixed cracks with excellency and he listened to us when we had requests. If we need more painting, I would request him personally. Luis was the other painter and also was a gem. They cleaned up after themselves and made living in a house while painting, an easy task. They were extremely respectful. Plus, they were so good with my 7 cats!

Manuel and team over at CertaPro were very professional and a pleasure to work with! From the initial quote proposals to the completion of our project, they efficiently completed our house as estimated, and the results were very impressive. The Certapro team did a great job painting my condominium. The team really came together because of Sebastian (sales consultant) who was in charge of my project. Sebastian was able to get a team to start working on my project, one day after he came in to give me an estimate. The fast turn around time was amazing. During my project, all of the team showed up on time and also finished the job in the promised time frame. Anytime I had any issue, I texted Sebastian and he was super good about responding back and taking care of it quickly. At the end of the 1st part of my project today (sheet rock repair + painting my entire condo), I feel really good about having chosen Certapro to do my paint job.
