If in case you can’t avoid this place then at least avoid technician named “Keven” to serve you or your appliance. He mess up with appliance and blame that it is faulty. Not man of his words. Not a professional person.
I asked them to fix my oven and provided them the new part, but since my oven is old they had to change the wire to a different inlet to make it work. In other word all they had to do was a rewire work that took him literally 30 seconds. I even disassembled everything and put it all together! And they wanted to charge 80 just to show up which I agreed to but then hit us with a 200$ charge just for the labor. Even though I did more of the labor myself! They didn’t even bother to give me a head up on pricing until after they were “done”. Please make sure to check all of their prices even before they come to your home. Otherwise they’ll just rob you of your money.
