Chacho's, Houston TX

At first I was disappointed because their dining hall was not open. I still ordered and I don’t regret it. I order the mushroom and spinach quesadilla and it was amazing. I would have love to try their red and green sauce but I didn’t ask for any. Regardless it was really flavorful and I enjoyed my meal. The employee that I interested with was a gentleman and he assisted me very well. Their margarita was also delish! Try it out.

Everything is delicious! Try the nachos and the tacos with carne guidada or potatoes and egg in the mornings they have fresh orange juice the service is excellent and super nice!

Everytime I get into Houston, Chachos is the first place I stop. Drive thru food and drinks, can’t get better than that!

For some reason this is the only restaurant on Westhiemer that hasn't open to the public. They have only had the drive-thru open since the beginning of the pandemic and doesn't look like they're opening the dine-in area any time soon. The bad thing is the drive thru is super slow and the worst thing is they keep saying the credit card machine is broken so they only take cash. Something fishy going on with that.

Poor Chacho's.what happen to you? The inside has never opened back up. A month ago I stopped by to grab a quesadilla and the guy at drive thru told me the owner doesn't want to open the inside back up. If you know this place, you know the drinks were what we came for. The food was just the added perk. These days the food is good during the day but in the evening takes a nose dive. After ordering tonight and having to drive 8 mi back I'm done with y'all. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I told the guy I called y'all and he replied the phone doesn't work. Just close this whole building down. Why are y'all open.

Drive though cashier argued with me on how I didn't give him time to answer the intercom and first answered the car that pulled up after me in the second line and left me siting in the line. Ridiculous, I was in line first! 3 stars because the food was good.

Do you know that I actually really would love to go higher, but the customer service absolutely prevents that. Why Are they still forcing people through the drive-thru?

Come on, the virus started at the beginning of last year, and almost all the other restaurants are open.

Instead I get to go to the drive-thru, and nobody acknowledges that I’m there. I sit there for maybe two minutes? Get out of the drive-thru line thinking that I have to go in, and the mic is broken, only to realize as soon as I drive away that they are there.

I guess they were just waiting for me to leave before they started taking orders?

Acknowledge your customers in your forced drive-thru situation. The excuse that the employee gave me “that they were working on a big order”, is no excuse to let your customer sit there and wonder if you’re even open.

You don’t have any lights on your drive-thru menu, and nobody saying “I’ll be right with you sir”.

It doesn’t matter if you have a big order to work on, when you’ve got all these other orders coming down the pipe (drive-through).

Let your customers know that you’re open and that you’re going to take their order.

You know it’s funny, because they don’t advertise, so they can give us bigger meals………which we appreciate, but maybe focus on some customer service also while they’re at it, because that’s something you’ve always lacked………. The only advertising you have is word of mouth.

I’ve eaten at, and sent people to Chacho’s for 20+ years. That word of mouth advertising, works both ways.

Do you think I will suggest Chachos to the next person that I ask for a taco? Probably not. “Meh ……. Just go through Taco Bell, they’ll at least take your order. ”

Don’t come here, the food is trashy and they make you wait too long. Their drive thru takes forever to even take your order, staff will come out and ignore you even though you ask them to take your order.

Man chachos used to be great. Gone seriously down hill. 3 tacos and a coke? Almost 18 bux. The tacos literally fell apart because they were so soggy with grease. I used to love this place

I've changed my rating because they will not open the lobby. I'm not coming back until they happens. I'm done with the long lines and even longer wait. Also, you ask for a top shelf Marg and if they are out of it, they will give you the lower end without approving it with you first, and they won't tell you they switched it.

I used to love this place, just went to this place after months of not going. Everything was cold. The man dressed like a woman who took the order had an attitude problem. My tortillas were also burned. NEVER GOING BACK.

Ordered tacos in the drive thru. Got home and there was no meat in the tacos! How can you be in such a hurry that you forget the meat in a taco! Tried to call them and of course no one answered. This place is terrible on customer service

I’ve came to this location 3 different times in the last 2 months and every time they’re out of guacamole that comes with my order…no matter the time of day. They always use the same excuse they haven’t had good avocados. It’s summer time which means avocados are in season worldwide…how do you not have good avocados or found a better supplier if that’s the issue.

I went through the drive thru As I Watched My Order Being Prepared By A Female Employee That Didn't Have Any Gloves On. When She Came To The Window To Take My Payment I Asked Shouldn't You Be Wearing Gloves. She Said Well Yeah

The service is getting worse and worse as the prices get higher. They consistently open late and they never get the orders right.

Not sure why but the tacos are literally 1/4 of the size they used to be. TINY TINY little tacos, AND they cost more than they used to and they used to be huge tacos. What gives? Definitely never coming back at these size/prices.

The older guy in the drive thru was impatient and VERY rude. They messed up my order and he gave me a attitude like it was my fault. Clearly he hates his job and needs to find something that doesn’t involve working with people because he has HORRIBLE customer service

If ya want some good (not great) breakfast tacos at a fair price with a southwestern flair (tacos come with cooked chopped onions by default), then search no further.

I swung by the drive-thru (I'm the only person in line at 5: 30 am) and ordered a few tacos with a large coke.

While the tacos were fine and the review would've received a 4 rating, the reason I bumped this down a star was because they didn't put cheese in the tacos when I asked for it. Granted it didn't show up on the receipt, but I NEVER order potato and egg tacos w/o cheese, so I KNOW I asked for it. Perhaps the speaker box didn't pick it up, but that sounds like a "them" problem.

Anyways, the tacos were alright and it was close by. If I'm in the area again and feel like breakfast tacos I'll swing by and try them again.

Well I love chachos chips and queso, but I did not like the light skin woman who was on the cash register I spoke to her she looked at me mean like she had an attitude and I really didn't like it but other than then the food is great

WARNING! EATING AT THIS PLACE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. I ordered chicken quesadilla 15 minutes ago after the ridiculous wait time for few cars. The order came with a burned bread from inside over a lots of bad quality cheese with almost no chicken inside the food as you see in the picture. The salat seem to be unhealthy to consume and county inspector should definitely check this restaurant. No Gloves, No masks, No, hair covers, Badly stored food, bad cooking, bad food quality, dirty and highly active bacteria friendly environment.
