11Been with Dr Chad Hogan’s office since we moved to Texas over 30 years ago. My husband has had so many difficult physical issues, every time Dr hogan came through with excellent referrals and close follow ups. After all these years we still can’t find a single reason to switch to a different family doctor.
Refused to give me the full 24 hours before I had to go back to work to actually take my antibiotics said I wasn’t sick enough because I didn’t have COVID or the flu when I barely can swallow and my head is pounding you want me to go back to my job working outside in the garden center at Lowes after you given me seven days worth of antibiotics and I don’t even get a day to let them work uncaring staff and uncaring doctors if you can go somewhere else I suggest it
Since my earlier post, my most recent phone to schedule an appointment was easy. I am bumping them up from a 3 to a 4 star.
Dr. Hogan deserves a 5-star, but waiting 30 minutes on the phone just to schedule an appointment drops their rating to a 3-star. A 2 minute call shouldn't take 32 minutes. If that improves, their rating will improve.
I’ve been a patient with Dr. Hogan for many years, and left one year because of a health insurance change. That one year showed me what makes Hogan a great doctor - his office staff is professional and runs on time, his building is clean and modern, he’s a great listener to help determine next steps of treatment, and he’s up-to-date on medical knowledge and admits when it’s out of his scope and requires referral.
Dr Hogan, his nurse and all the front desk staff are professional and compassionate. Dr. Hogan realty listens and makes me part of the discussion for treatment. I appreciate this office and would highly recommend!
I had been a patient of Dr. Hogan for years but left when I moved away from Grapevine. I'm so glad to be back. It's hard to find a Doctor who actually listens and cares. It's been almost 7 years but he is just as kind and genuine as he was back then. He listens to your concerns and (as always) does not rush you or make you feel like he has to go to the next patient. He is careful to explain the details of your visit in a way that makes it easy to understand and you know exactly what the plan for treatment will be.
Dr. Hogan is amazing! He never rushes me. He listens and ensures I understand everything he says to me.
Physician is very organized, and friendly. Did have to wait a bit, but that was a combination of having to fill out papers. Would recommend this physician to others.
Girls greeting were smiling & sweet. The nurse was very efficient in taking my vitals & stuff why I was there. Dr. Hogan came in shortly. He explained everything thoroughly. Very straight forward! Thanks for a thorough visit.
I don’t like going to the doctor, but the staff and doctor were very good, and I would recommend this place to anyone
