I was with Geico for about 8 years before switching to State Farm and let me say this, 8 years with Geico isn't even compareable to my first couple months with State Farm. From timeliness to the quality of service to the agents, they're on a different playing field. Chadd, my new agent, is a great guy, answered my questions, straight to the point and not to mention going well beyond what I initially expected from an insurance company!

New to Dallas! I called in to get my auto insurance switched over and Amy was the rep that helped me out with everything. She was very helpful and got me squared away with everything I that needed. She even provided me with some insight and food recommendations for the area:) All in all, the service was friendly and professional. I feel rest assured now knowing that this agency has my back. REALLY impressed already! I've been with State Farm since moving to Texas 5 years ago. My previous agent was Paul Baker whom I believe has passed away so I got assigned to a new agent. Gave him a call today to ask about adding my boyfriend onto my policy and Mr. Chadd himself answered the phone! He was super friendly, very helpful, and answered all of my questions.

Not to knock Paul Baker as I never talked to him or interacted with him in any way, but last year I was very close to switching car insurance companies after being involved in an at-fault accident and just the nightmare of dealing with all of that afterward. This was not the fault of the agent's office but I was just fed up with State Farm as a whole and figured I could get cheaper insurance elsewhere so why not?

Well now I'm very glad that I was too lazy to bother with switching lol because I am very impressed with Chadd's service and dedication to his clients already, and I will happily stay on with him! Can't really complain about my rate either- full coverage for a 2019 Mustang plus a renter's policy has only been running me $166/month- that's with the at fault accident on my record.

Let me say, Amy had been reaching out to me for about a year to see if they could provide me a quote on my auto and homeowners insurance. I hesitated thinking it would be a hassle to try and change. After searching around for quotes online, I received a quote from State Farm but was hesitant to move forward. The rate was a lot cheaper than the current rate I was paying but I just did not know if I was ready for change. Shortly after getting the quote I received a call from Amy at this office. She reviewed the coverages with me from the quote I received and helped me to finalize the process. I ended up switching my auto and renters insurance and saving a bunch. I recently moved to a new address had to change over my renters insurance. They not only changed my renters insurance but also changed my auto insurance without my asking. They go above and beyond expectations!

Very nice office. I was very slow in changing my insurance, and I liked that this office wasn't annoying about calls. So, after almost two months, I finally switched. The guys are very friendly (special thanks to Shelley). We had a lovely conversation, and his service was beneficial. One of the coolest things, I think, is that managers are easily available via texts, and I don't feel shy to text them with any questions which I have. Thanks again for a reasonable rate and excellent service.
