Exceptional customer service! Robert the manager at the Rockwall TX store went above and beyond to assist me in finding certain items. He even helped me to my car since the items were pretty heavy. Chivalry still exists.

Robert was great, again. He helped me last fall. I came back for the end of the end of the 50% off + 25% off clearance sale. I have now filled my patio with nice furniture. Upgraded the patio 5 years ago. Upgraded the patio furniture this year fall 2022- winter 2023.
This was our very first visit to Chair King. We were acknowledged by an associate immediately upon entering the store. The associate was friendly, helpful and professional.
