Update 12/15/2023 - Once again our experience here was friendly AND affordable. My wife and I drive from Denton to Decatur several times a year and we always drop in to see what is new at Chalet of Jewelry. My wife always finds something unique and budget friendly. This time I was able to get a nice Citizen Eco Drive watch I had been eyeing for the last month. The jewelry is always beautiful but the friendly atmosphere draws us back again and again. Thank you Chalet of Jewelry for making every experience great!

My experiences with Chalet of Jewelry have been exceptional. Every time I want to find a beautiful piece of jewelry for my wife, without a doubt this is where I go. Most of the time I go in to just say "hi" and catch up for a few minutes because I no longer live in the area. The owners have become so much more than just a business acquaintance. They have become friends! I walked in their store on 10-18-23 and was greeted by name with a smile and a handshake. They also gave their condolences for my mother's passing in August. My parents were customers as well and the owners told me they were sorry to lose such a sweet lady. That means a great deal to me as a customer. That people mean more to them than just a potential sale. Trey and Breanne are kind, generous and compassionate people. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my jewelry purchases or repairs.

This place is great! They helped me throughout the process of buying the engagement ring and eventually the wedding bands, and were always super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

I will be using here for all my jewelry needs! My ring was crunched thanks to my toddler. I brought it in and he fixed it right then and there! He untwisted it, cleaned it, and checked out the rest of my set as well. Super friendly and professional. I will recommend this store to anyone!

Always greeted with a smile. Only place in town that will help with a watch battery. Stayed a few minutes late and stayed open for me due to traffic. Thank you for your loyalty to wise county.

Took up my wedding band to have a ring sizer put on only to have the guy say a prong is messed up and needed to be fixed, well in the process he cracked a diamond and I did not know, a couple days later I LOST the diamond.
Thanks for destroying my wedding band. AND as you read other reviews, I am NOT the only one they did this to, and they refuse to fix it.

Brought my wedding rings in to be put together. They told me that I needed to have the diamond prongs fixed where I would not lose any diamonds. I agreed to this thinking that they would ensure that I would keep all the diamonds in my wedding rings. They kept them for a little longer than a week. I picked them up and they were nice and shiny they charged me over $300 so I thought that was okay. I had them for two weeks and I lost one of the diamonds. What the. I had my rings on for over 20 years and never lost a diamond! I was very upset and unhappy.

I couldn’t be more impressed! Trey helped me and my wife design a new engagement and wedding band set. Our original set was a very inexpensive (cheap) set and we wanted to do it right. We had budget limitations but wanted something nice. With Trey’s subtle guidance we were able to get the perfect set. Thank you Chalet of Jewelry. You are our jeweler from now on.

Not wanting to drive into Fort Worth, my Rolex was running fast & not keeping time. I took it in to get some advice, the jeweler came out and set my watch for me, showed me how to set the time & date & gave me some good advice on caring for my watch. I needed two links removed & he removed them very quickly! Very friendly & knowledgeable service!

What an amazing experience going to a Jewelry store should be an happy experience not a dreadful on and at Chalet of Jewelry its amazing they listen to the customer and provide great customer service and make sure the customer gets what they want
