7 Avoid LUIS future customers of Chalks, idk what happen to Luis work ethic but the last 3 times dealing with Luis he has been Impatient, Unconcerned, Rude and on edge.
I’m sure I’m NOT the only person that has endured Luis’ poor work ethic.

Chris the gentleman that helps put at the counter, is fast and reliable employee. I brought in a power steering gear box i think it was, was in and out in less than 8 mins. Chris is the man.
They will get you parts other places can’t. Moses and his team are great.
Worst customer service I have experienced, we bought a part and it’s not working and the same day i take back so Craig he told we will fix your part and return back to you, from that day until now more then one year he not return my part or my refund, I called many time to his manager, his manager also ignored too! Craig accepted the part and said it will be either replaced or reimbursed. I have all his text messages to prove it. This is type of stealing!

I have to edit my review and answer your comment sir you don’t wanna solve the problem as your manager I’m saying that craig said these parts after market may not working so bring back so we give you another one or refund your money, from that day is more then year…. Why you guys trying to find an excuse….

Worst customer service I have experienced today. With several employees laughing at a customer. Walked in with the impression they are more knowledgeable than I am and I would be getting the right help from the experts. Boy was I wrong thanks to Leon I walked out without buying anything and not know any more than when I walked in.
Not the first bad experience a week ago also had a fan clutch go bad. Bought brand new and I think it was man error not part failure due to them acting mysterious when I asked what went wrong with the part. There response was we're putting you a new part. Ok but let me ask you this who is paying for the mechanic and the extra fuel wasted on 4,000 mile run due to the fan running all the time?
