You always get the run-around here. I've been here twice and my dad has been here at least twice. We've had the problem we came in for fixed exactly once. We've had lots of promises it was fixed and a lot of explanations that don't make sense. They always swear they'll have your car diagnosed the next day and then never do. They give you some excuse that they got busy. So either they're always busy and just lie that they can get to it right away or they start working on cars that came in after mine before they touch mine. Either way it's not very honest. This last time I asked them to okay any work with me before they did it. They called and we weren't able to answer. We called back 4 minutes later and they said that because nobody answered they just decided to do the work anyway but since you're upset you don't have to pay if you don't want to. What I want is respect. The only reason this place gets two stars is because the prices for what they claim they've done are reasonable.

This place is great! I love coming here for all my parts. Everyone is always friendly and the people that work there seem to really love their jobs. Great customer service!

Every time I take my car to be repaired, the mechanics do a great job in making the repair. Champion auto plex give a warranty on all of their work.

This is the only auto shop I’ve been completely satisfied with. I asked for an inspection and a brake pad replacement IF my vehicle needed it. My inspection was done for $25 and they checked my brakes and tires for me for free. The employees here are very straightforward and down to earth. No sales pitch about having to spend over $500 on repairs for your car to run properly, they’ll give you exactly what you need and make sure that you get the best deal. I will always recommend this shop.

Everyone here is nice and straight forward. I just bought a car from them and they told me everything that hadn't been fixed prior to sale which I respect greatly. They even offered to fix it but I'm from out of town and didnt want to wait to get the car so I just took it as is. Honest, kind people. Would recommend to friend or family.

Very friendly staff, they take the time to explain in detail the work required. No surprises as far how much it will cost. Everything is discussed and approved prior to doing the repairs.

I took my 1992 lexus in for a flush the antifreeze and put some sealant to repair the head gasket leak, they kept the car for 2 week's i call keith, we had a heated discussion over the phone, because of the answers i got from him about my car, it was a disaster i pick my car up and by, the time i got it 3 miles down the road it ran hot, it was not running hot and spilling out antifreeze like it is, the antifreeze won't stay in the car it runs out bad, like a water pump gone is gone out, but i think its coming from the block, i will have a specialist look at it, but i gave you 2 star's because the way your office greet your customer's and not the work performance.

I've been a customer for over 3 years now. Everyone is super friendly and very informative. I usually just bring my car in for an oil change and I really like that fact that the crew vacuums the interior and fills up my tires. This is a full service shop so they do provide free estimates.
