I have worked for CSA for exactly one year. The owner Mr. Flakes and his assistant Ms. Courtney were very attentive to my needs and concerns. The communication was amazing which is hard to find with larger security companies whose concern is all about the money (CONTRACTS), and this is what I loved the most about working at CSA, the fact that Mr. Flakes, Capt. Derek and Ms. Courtney was always available whenever I needed them. It has definitely been a great pleasure working at CSA, even though I am no longer working there because i am working as a staff adjuster for state farm, but i know I will always have a home at CSA, and I hope that the company grows and continue to prosper
