The head manager doesn't know what she is doing. She didn't give me the information for month to month charge and now they want to charge me $250 extra each month. They also want a 60-day notice, so what is the $250 for if they want the 60 day notice!
I ask about the corporate office and got no information from her.
They lost my rent check in the office and called me about it being late.
Also I was charged a late fees and my rent wasn't even due yet.
They need a new manager.
