1 Where should I start?
OK March 25,2023 I went inside of champs located in Almeda Mall 254 Almeda mall Houston, TX 77075 and I proceeded to purchase a pair of sneakers that they had on sale for $99.99 which were some TN air mix they were all white I asked the black girl which was the worker at the time I believe her name was destiny because that’s what it says on the receipt I asked her does she have a size 7 in boys she informed me that the display shoe was a size 7 I could it on
if the shoe fits she’ll give me a fresh pair from the back! Well that’s wait I assumed
I tried that pair of shoe on and it fit so I told her I wanted to buy them in the process of me trying to purchase the shoes. I waited 15 minutes until she returned with the shoes In a box. One of the other young ladies informed me that she had to look under a lot of items for the shoe so I waited.
In the process of me waiting I see the black girl. I assume her name is destiny because that’s what it says on the receipt again she told me we found the shoe. It was hard to find but I have it for you. Normally they would open the box of shoe and let me see both shoes before purchasing but for this, odd reason she didn’t do that, I purchased the shoes and thought about it. Let me check both shoes to make sure I have a right shoe and a left shoe as I proceed to check the shoes. I’ve noticed one of the shoes/ the right shoe is dirty in the inside very dirty, I turned around and went back in the store and asked her for a refund because she sold me one of the display shoes that was dirty. I would never shop in this damn store again that is so unprofessional and me being a retail manager at an another store, I would never shop in this damn store again that is so unprofessional
This is unacceptable. She should be fired, and whoever else was on that shift should be disciplined because that is not the way you do things at all please fix this destiny needs some type of action towards her. This was not acceptable. I would not recommend anyone to go to this champs ever again they are very ghetto, very unnecessary will not get my service ever again and I mean just that
