Apart from the lack of parking around Highland Park Village, my experience at Chanel was exceptional. There is currently a temporary location on the right side of the Starbucks but it was visually easy to find. I was greeted by an attendant at the front door and walked right in. When I looked forward, there had to be at least half a dozen associates ready to help me. I let Trinh know generally what I was looking for. She walked me right over to a counter and showed me some stunning broaches. After clarifying some details, she escorted me to the front display where I found the most stunning broach. The viewing and transaction took less time than searching for parking. Overall, I would visit this location again!

Don’t be discouraged by the long hold times on the phone (I called just to make sure there was a temporary location there) or negative reviews. I went on a cold and rainy day during the winter holiday season.

Korey was incredible and the rest of the staff were also both sweet and attentive. I told Korey exactly what I was looking for and he brought a variety for me to choose from without hesitation. Will definitely be back!

Barbara seems unprofessional. She didn't greet the customer, responded annoyedly to my questions, and bothered with the packaging. She responded when I asked her to do this or that. The reason I asked for her business card was to post a review. The friendliest person in this place is the gentleman who only smiles and opens the door.

Been a customer there for years and after today I will not be returning back! The guide manager there is so rude and was not friendly! Don’t waste your money there at that Chanel highland boutique location!

I couldn’t say enough good things about this boutique because it would take me all day to type up all of my thoughts, and it’s all thanks to the experiences that I’ve had shopping there with Jonny! His level of attentiveness and ability to style your outfits is on a next level! When I see Jonny, I feel like I’m seeing a great friend, and even when I go several months before making another trip to Dallas, it feels like we haven’t skipped a beat. I’ve had subpar experiences at other boutiques before, but then I was extremely fortunate to connect with Jonny, and he’s been helping me with my Chanel purchases for several years now. I truly can’t imagine buying Chanel products from anybody else! He makes sure that your shopping experience is always filled with fun and great memories! It took a long time to get help here as the first sales clerk who walked by me as I came openly sneered & scoffed at my mask & apron.

I was able to finally get assistance from someone else however the initial interaction was so demeaning & disheartening that I've opted to post this review. I still mask bc I care for elderly high risk parent and need to take every precaution even if others don't. And I had on an apron bc I was on my break.

I'm not the typical well heeled Chanel client and this was a splurge. That said I hope this organization can train their staff to be more welcoming & less judgemental. We all have value as and our dignity is sacrosanct.

Came in to see if they could fix or replace my card holder that I got less than a year ago that looked 20 years old and they said they couldn’t help me which is fine I won’t buy Chanel unless it’s vintage ever again quality is atrocious especially for the price. But the atmosphere was not inviting and they were rude and standoffish to only us I looked and we were the only black people in there. If you have a drop of melanin don’t go here unless you want to be irritated the whole shopping experience.

Stop producing these same subpar handbags, year after year, then have the audacity to increase the price. 2 months later the stitching is pulling off. Why should I wait nearly a year for repairs? Chanel handbags is trash. Close these shops, you should be embarrassed. The RTW is the only acceptable product.

Absolutely amazing customer service. From the moment the security guard opened the door for us, we felt completely welcomed and looked after. Sarah in particular was so humble, warm and patient. Great experience!

Bought a classic bag for my wife on 11/19/2022 but wasn't impressed by the service from the sales person helping us. Felt like she was rushing us and rude. The bag was on hold from us by another sales advisor so maybe we got treated poorly since no commission was involved. Happy with the bag though and the door man was nice too. Was extremely disappointed with the actual sale.

I came here yesterday to buy a purse for my wife. I saw everyone there was so rich and dressed up very nice. Their cars were so expensive. Unlike them, I drove my beat-up minivan and in my cheap working clothes. At first, I thought no one would want to talk or to provide service to me but I was wrong. I was treated no differences which made so happy and fully satisfied. Thank you everyone especially Barbara Detrick who sold me the purse.

The sales guy and the lady manager need training. The worst service and products knowledge! “House of Chet”. They need training on Chanel products! Take your money somewhere else! Sold me the wrong size bag, they did not know the difference from small, medium and large boy bags!

My husband took me here today to buy me a new Chanel bag. The man working at the door was standing about 4-5 feet away from the door and had his back to us as my husband opened the door. As we stepped in, the man turned around and told my husband to let go of the door. He was extremely rude and was mocking us as my husband and I just tried to step inside to shop. It was a horrible experience so my husband took our $7,000 we had planned to spend on a new bag and we went to Louis Vuitton and spent it there instead. They were so nice and the customer service was awesome. Chanel could’ve made that extra $7,000 today had we been allowed to walk inside without being disrespected at the door.
