I found a lot of that I was looking for! And the staff were so friendly!

I went in a Saturday evening and was greeted by Skyler. After the terrible service I received at a department store I decided to give the Chanel store a try. Wish I would have known this store existed in the beginning!
Skyler was able to answer all my questions, relatable, and cannot say more on how I had a great experience. I will be back again!

I tend to shop online more nowadays, but what I wanted was sold out so I went to the store.

I went in to look for my item and Evelyn was the one that helped me. She was very attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable about the different products. She was also very no pressure, which I always appreciate because I dislike feeling like I'm obligated to make a purchase. She definitely made the shopping experience fun for me and my daughter.

While we were there, I also noticed several people come in, and Evelyn made sure to welcome and acknowledge them as well.

She made my daughter's day when she gave her a little Chanel shopping bag with a perfume and lip color treatment sample.

We got impeccable service from our sales associate, Sky! We purchased a small cosmetics case, sampled various perfumes and creams, and received a red carpet experience far exceeding even our Paris Chanel visit. My fiancé and I got treated with the upmost respect and attention and will gladly return!

This specific store has terrible service. I went in wanting to purchase and was turned down because the sales lady said she wouldn’t wrap my item bc it was too small. It was a lipstick. Took my business to Neiman Marcus and the sales lady there was able to wrap my lipstick. Guess it wasn’t that small after all. Bow included!
