Chaparral Management Company, AAMC reviews
27 I have lived here 4 years. About 2 weeks after I moved in,
I received a letter that I had weeds in the cracks in my driveway.
About a year ago, a letter saying " trim your hedge" I looked at
my hedge (front of house) finally saw 3 little "shoots", so I
cut them off! Now I have a notice that I need an official
request because my mailbox is wrong! I'm a Senior and
whoever views my property, leave me alone. Because I
cannot tolerate all this nonsense, ask my Doctor!
Deal with this management company was an extremely unpleasant event. They seem to focus in on the most petty issues.
Terrible customer service, never return phone calls, only emails and barely at that. Won’t work with community and just rude! Maybe they should take a long look at the feed back they are receiving via social media and see what people think and feel about them.
My Rating is only for Jennifer Customer Service, aside from Jennifer I would Rate the Management Company overall a 1 star. I have called at least twice regarding my account with today making it a third call basically screaming in a nice way for HELP other calls to the attorney I was assigned to but obviously they only get paid to collect and will not hear a homeowners say. I am very understanding of procedures as I also work for a management company and completely understand being super busy managing and administrating 25+ properties with 100s of units downtown/midtown. I kept being transferred because no one could help me supposedly but if I was like Jennifer If i know/knew I could help the homeowner who is basically just screaming to be heard and helped I would def do so as a Management company is supposed to be a team, not sure how Chaparral Manages their accounts but I would def have Jennifer attitude. Jennifer I know it was a pain but I soo appreciate you taking the time to look into our payment that you had the receptionist find. I appreciate you hearing me out even tho you probably have a million other calls who sound about the same. Great attitude and I so appreciate your patience and taking the time to listen to me and looking into my account!
Lacks communication. You never know when the association meeting. Too many if the same problems unsolved.
I know everyone has different experiences but mine was 100% great. Michelle was patient and answered all my questions and there were a few of them! Very helpful. Didn't feel rushed or like I was annoying her.
HOA if you are using this company to manage your community get rid of "Chaparral Management Horrible Company". All owners pay a yearly fee including to pay the " management services" from this company. I own three homes and two subdivisions dealing with them are changing them. Louetta Glenn please do the same. Their customer service is horrible, from the moment they answer the phone you can tell they are rude. This company should have zero stars and should not be in this business.
If I could give them zero stars I would! They never call back! I'm wondering why we pay them when they don;t do their job!
Worst company ever. Rude and power hungry. Advise boards inappropriately and subjecting them to litigation.
They deserve a NEGATIVE rating. Rudeness must be their motto. Run as far away from these people as you can!
If your not happy with them, make a change, run for an office and hire someone else.thats what i plan to do if things dont get fixed in Fairwood, Grant rd and spring Cypress, they send out letters to the wrong houses.had several dealings with Chaparrel already, and this will be my last.the net time i ll seek a chair at the table.and will move forward with finding another management company.
Make sure you take photos sometimes they don't drive by they just send letters
I KNOW THAT TO Be a Fact.
Unresponsive! Unless you owe money or you did something you weren't "supposed to" if you know what I mean
Completely unresponsive to homeowners with any issue. I've tried to call multiple times and every time I get voicemails and never get a call back
Excellent Company that is knowledgeable, committed, responsive, and cares about the Communities they manage. I have lived in a Charappal managed community for 17 years and have always found them to be reasonable! They are excellent about responding to my requests and have even assisted me with information, I couldn't locate on my own. Thank you, Chaparral for caring about our Community, and our neighboring communities, for the long term! We consider you as a great asset to our neighborhood!
Horrible HOA management company. Way too expensive for what they do, which is basically collect money and send certified letters to residents with residents money.
Un professional. Never respond to emails or calls and are very defensive with you bring up issues.
Completely unresponsive to homeowner complaints. I've dealing with them for years on the same issues for years and they simply take the side of the builders and developer in the community. The homeowners pay for their services, but they do not work in their best interests. Very poor accountability to the homeowner s regarding budgeting and expenditures.
Typical HOA with no morals! They claim to have been sending me letters to wash my siding - they did not. I just got 1 (ONE) letter from a lawyer wanting $100.00 now. These guys are not an HOA they are crooks who abuse the system to make money creating issues.
We've experienced several of the same issues about letters and poor communication. I would also be interested in the consistency of demographics that are subject to these practices. Nevertheless, I see that they are with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and suggest that if you submit complaints to them as well. These reviews help but sure they want to keep their A+ status so they may be more responsive with the BBB's assistance.
