I went in for a full set and pedicure today. The customer service is great and the ladies are very nice but my pedicure wasn’t executed well at all. My toenails are not straight, they’re slanted, and the dead skin was scraped off my feet while they were dry; which slightly hurt, when they should’ve been placed back into the water beforehand, also the dead skin on my feet have been amplified, I left looking worse than when I came in. Plus, the price for nails also changed, when I first came inside, it was $30 then it suddenly went to $55 once my pedicure was done. Not saying I couldn’t afford it, I just felt like I was being duped and I didn’t appreciate that. Like I said before, the ladies were very nice but I’ve gotten better work done at home in FL for cheaper.

Mimi is THE best at what she does. Have been booking her for nails AND lashes and she does not disappoint. She is literally the sweetest soul and truly cares for her clients. I recommend going with her for both.

Terrible customer service from the manager. Not accommodating or helpful in anyway. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and will not be back.

I had seen tons of good reviews about this place on yelp and definitely want to give it a try. My technician was Mimi, and she was absolutely wonderful! We had a great conversation, and she nailed exactly what I was looking for! I showed her a reference photo, but wanted something a little bit less hot pink and she got exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend?

I got my lashes done today with Mimi and have the best experience ever while getting lashes done! She was punctual, organized & timely. Her space was clean and she made the overall experience comforting.
My lashes came out better than I could've hoped and she made sure to communicate throughout my appointment to ensure I got what I liked. When I looked in the mirror at the completed set, I almost cried because of how beautiful I felt. I'm so thankful to have been recommended to her & can't wait to work with her more in the future!

Mimi did my eyelashes and I love them so much! She’s always so sweet and does exactly what I want! If you need to get your eyelashes done ask for Mimi she is the best!

Charisma Nails is the best! I’ve always been on the search to find a place around school where I can get my nails and lashes done! I recommend Mimi if you’re wanting both amazing nails and lashes. She’s always on time, attentive during appointments, and creates a comfortable environment!

I come to Charisma Nails for Mimi and also the great service from all the staff! I have been coming to Mimi for my nails for several months now and she is so consistent and has been able to execute any design I bring to her. I had a hard time finding a nail tech to keep returning to, but Mimi is so great! I always leave happy and I get so many compliments on my nails. Prices are also not through the roof like some salons these days.

Went in to this salon thinking I found a new spot that is near my home but unfortunately I will not be returning. Went in for a pedicure and the pedicurist was very rough and made me bleed several times. Do not recommend.

I absolutely adore Rae here! She is amazing at nails and always does exactly what I ask for. I have been coming here for about 2 years now and have never been dissatisfied. If you are looking for a new nail place would definitely recommend this place is a 10/10.

Got an amazing acrylic set manicure from here great pricing. I also came to get a shellac pedicure last week and it unfortunately started to crack so I went back to ask for a fix and they fixed it right away no charge:) love this place

Great service! Everyone there is so nice and patient. Loved my nails, found my new go to place! Highly recommend! Rey really outdid herself with this marble set, my favorite set I’ve had in a while!
