7My favorite Philly Cheesesteak place. It is so good! It's located in the food court in the mall. Visited yesterday.
First time I ordered from here, had it delivered. Very filling. I recommend the bacon cheese steak.
This place is delicious. I work in the mall and eat here pretty frequently, I've never had a bad meal here. Everything's always fresh and everyone who works there are extremely nice. Manager is super friendly. Place is always clean.
Had a really great experience today, the lady giving samples was very sweet and polite and gave me a in depth explanation of what was being given out as well as the cashiers Diana and aurora they were quick on their feet despite the long lines and orders. All employees were very polite and respectful, I wasn’t sure what to order and they were very friendly and patient. Overall my food was delicious and I would come back again. Great service!
Horrible customer service! I went to place an order and it was done incorrectly. I called and spoke to a manager named Edgar. He said he would replace my order. When I went back the next day, a man in a red shirt made my order and then instead of saying the number of my order, he repeated out loud the entire order very fast. Because I could not hear with the noise in the mall, I asked him was it number 70. Then he said with sarcasm he's repeating the whole order to make sure that is right so I won't have a problem. The guy had an attitude. Then when I go to eat my food, I realized there was no onions in my sandwich again. I went back and asked the cashier for the manager Edgar and she said it was the man who gave me my order in the red shirt. So I did not bother to tell him he messed up my order again by not giving me the onions in my sandwich. I just won't go back anymore and will eat somewhere else. He was so rude and sarcastic with me that he's messed up my order again. If he didn't want to replace my order to begin with that's all he had to say. He didn't have to give me a hard time and be sarcastic with me when I went back to get my order replaced. I don't understand how difficult it is because on the receipt it does not say no onions, it says only onions and cheese on the sandwich, and lettuce tomatoes on the side. So I don't understand why there are no onions in my sandwich! Horrible customer service!
The best sandwiches with a spectacular flavor.customer service is very nice. My favorite place to have lunch.
