Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings, San Antonio TX

Approached the register at 8: 58pm and was told that they were not serving a majority of the menu. Highly disappointed especially since they are published to close at 11pm. Regardless I felt like they were just being lazy (right or wrong I just wanted to vent).

Second visit, ordered the Teriyaki chicken Philly and it was good!
On the first visit I ordered the Philly steak which was good as well, I loved the French fries The first visit they were fried to perfection and the best fries I ever had, second visit the fries were good but not as crisp on the outside, but their food is really good there.
I'm adding my granddaughter ordered the Chile cheese fries with her food and they are good as well.

I ordered a shake, the order was 33, they literally ignored me and served all the way to #40 after some 25 minutes the cashier remembered me and just said “you wanted vanilla right” what a way to waist your lunch break and 5$ i was so irritated i just asked - you haven’t even started yet? I didn’t even drink the thing wouldn’t risk a spin in it. I just tossed it in the trash. Awful experience never buying from here again!

The wings tasted horrible. You can tell they made em 30 mins in advance so they can just reheat em and add sauce. When chicken sits for to long it has a dry nasty taste and that exactly how the wings tasted. Would not recommend. I rather eat wings at home

This location is a mess when prepping the food. My sandwich was soaked thru and fell apart. This location does not cook the ingredients right. The cashier is too quick to finalize orders, I was midselection for toppings. And the location needs a deep clean, it smells awful.

Went in bc saw a big sign, ". 99 c chicken wings! ". Come to find out what they mean by that is little boneless bits, Of what? ! I'm sure not chicken. Wasted time!

Love the other locations way better! The food is way better on the north side this location is a MESS because of careless staff. They don’t cook the food right. Mozzarella sticks are cold and taste like microwaved Walmart brand mozzarella sticks. The A/C is out inside the restaurant and I was SWEATING the whole time trying to eat this junk. When Walmart A/C works just fine. Wanted to take all $50 worth of food out in a basket and eat it in the middle of Walmart but can’t do that Sadly. My daughters wanted ice cream after eating but the damn ice cream machine is ALWAYS out of service. Surprisingly McDonald’s ice cream machines work more than this place. Doesn’t deserve even a one star. The photo I added was the wings I had. Completely disgusting and doesn’t even look like chicken. Ridiculous

The McDonald's closed down inside of Walmart on the south side now in its place is Charlie's Cheesesteaks I think they were pretty good

Went into this Charlie's to get to lemonades because the ice cream machine wasn't working the girl at the register was very sweet and was aimed to please. The cook in the back was noticeably very upset with his job and was displaying an attitude towards customers because he did not follow the ticket right. Would come back for the customer service of the young lady and for the sideshow of the cook who was upset

This restaurant inside of Walmart is out of ice and when I asked them to purchase it from said store she said no and instead would keep customers unsatisfied with service.

I just bought the $5.49 every day deal, with the supposedly 4Pc boneless wings and basket of fries, like McDonald's gives you more fries, if I pay for a basket of fries then it should be more, disappointed, included is my order to go, if they considerate that a basket of fries, its certainly a rip off. I know its almost 10 but you could have given me more.your not closing yet.

Omg all this time I was waiting for this place to open. It did not meet my expectations at all. The tea was made on the wrong setting there was coffee. My steak fries literally had two tiny drops of cheese sauce and three small shredded pieces of steak. My mother ordered the original Philly cheese steak sandwich and had no onions or cheese like it was suppose to. Paid $10 for this meal. Subway and firehouse subs makes better sandwiches and has better cut meat. Idk why this place opened. They didn’t have wings no mozzarella sticks etc …. Maybe in the future it’ll be better idk

I loved loved the sandwich and old school Philly fries just didn't have salt packages but the service was great and I will definitely go back to try the wings I love a mouthwide full of goodness thank you don't change the portions my biggest rave

Awful. They messed up the order, then the food was just thrown in the box not even assembled. I got one piece of bacon on my bacon cheesesteak. And it was dry and disgusting. It's very overpriced for the poor quality and I won't be returning

My brother bought us the Philly Cheesesteak.
It was the best sandwich ever. It's at the Charley's at 1200 SE Military in Walmart.

Was not impressed ordered on the app, when arrived was only given my sides and they completely forgot my sandwiches, paid extra for strawberry lemonade, when I got to the store was told they had none and had to settle for a soft drink, got home food was just thrown together very unfavorable and dry, for the price they charge and the presentation aswell as taste I'd rather choose firehouse or subway

We ordered the 4 pice with fries and it can out cold and the fries had no salt on them the Mozzarella sticks were really good. I’m giving 2 stars because of how the rest came out and it took a long while to come out.

Workers were friendly and the sandwich was delicious. Fries were perfect for my kiddo and the meal was ready quickly and made correctly (I'm kind of picky)

Im giving 5 stars to an employee name Leonardo. I was having a down day and it was my 1st time eating here. He was very helpful to me and my boyfriend and he was very energetic and caring about costumers. I havent seen a hard worker like that in a while. So thank you leonardo for always being respectful and caring for others. Especially on a busy day.
